Nice house in a quiet location. Plenty of space even in bad weather. The house is well-equipped all around and Sven was extremely quickly accessible at all times. We will be happy to come back.

Erica's house is very spacious and clean. The atmosphere is peaceful. Patrick (her son) was very helpful during our stay.

We had a very nice short stay with Petra and Hartmut. Very friendly hosts, the check in as well as the communication were smooth and without any issues. We will be happy to come back for a short trip:) The place was described in the same way and we felt very comfortable right away.

Rosario's place is really great! The location is quiet with supermarket within walking distance, everything is very clean and lovingly furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped, there is a lot of space, and the sauna is amazing. Self check-in was easy and Rosario was always quick to respond to our questions and took care of it. Thanks Rosario for a great stay in Bludenz!

Great cozy chalet in the middle of a gorgeous Swiss village. Looks exactly like the photos. Very pleasant stay, had everything we needed, and very clean. Only one small bathroom which might be a bit of a squeeze for a bigger group, but for the two of us it was just fine. Extra toilet downstairs that we barely used. A bit funny not to have a road leading up to the home and needing to park a few mins away but not a big deal. Great and easy communication with host. Easy check in and check out. Would happily return! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautiful location in the middle of the mountains. We were completely out of it for a while. Very nice that there was no TV/Internet (4G & 5G). Nice to cook on a wood oven and burn heating with wood. Despite a strong climb on foot of 6-10 minutes from the parking lot, it is highly recommended if you want to get completely off-grid. House is located on a beautiful hiking trail and the chicken thieves and other birds of prey are nearby! Enjoy.

We agree with the previous reviews and would like to give more stars. 😉 The location of the apartment is perfect - quietly located and yet you can walk to the beautiful village of Fischen in 15-20 minutes, where there is everything you need (bakery, food markets, cafes, restaurants, public transport...). The apartment - where should we start ? Overall very tastefully furnished, the kitchen super equipped (basic equipment such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, etc., is also available), the beds are all comfortable, sufficient storage space, the rain shower a dream, a huge terrace with mountain views, seat cushions, comfortable couch and an even more comfortable armchair, games and only the small but very fine library - which made me speechless (several classics and bestsellers - I could have left my books at home). You are torn between discovering the beauties of the Allgäu or complete relaxation "at home". Thank you!!!

Nicole has thought of everything and has taken care of every small detail to ensure a wonderful stay! A welcome gift of chocolates and local honey were provided and really appreciated it. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pans, utensils, drink ware and dinner ware. Paper towels, sponges, soap, cleaning supplies, spices, salt, pepper, sugar and more were all provided. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels which is something unique and very much appreciated. Nicole was responsive to every message and was even provided us with converter plugs because we forgot Switzerland has different outlets than Austria and Germany. The apartment was just as pictured with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. The apartment is on the lower level of the house and has a terrace that opens to a lovely flat yard. We didn't hear any noise at all from the upstairs or from the road. The house is a short distance (1-2 min drive or 15 min drive) to downtown Flims. Highly recommend!

As well as the year before, we felt very comfortable as a group and really enjoyed staying in the penthouse with a spacious and beautiful view. We'd love to come back :)

The apartment was very cozy and we felt at home. the private Sztrand with the fire pit was fantastic. a small walk through the green leads to the harbor and to the Zeppelin Museum. a highly recommended accommodation, thank you!

My family and I an absolutely wonderful stay. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free, which made settling in so easy. The highlight of the property is definitely the stunning view of the Alps — both from the cozy living room and the balcony. It’s the perfect setting for relaxation. The internet speed was excellent, making it ideal for working remotely. I had no issues staying productive during my trip. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, answering all my questions promptly and ensuring our stay was as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay. We’ll definitely be back if available.

We rented the cabin for a ski week and a small family party. It was optimal for that. Johannes welcomed us warmly, was always reachable and gave us a great introduction. The house is nice and quiet, you have a wonderful south-facing view of the mountain panorama. In the house it is chubby warm, due to a great fireplace in the kitchen. The number, layout and equipment of the rooms was good for us. 2 beautiful twin rooms under the roof, a large room for our family and a triple room. The parlor is spacious and has plenty of space for everyone. Everything is here. It is not far to the ski lift, 100m away from the house is a very nice and good restaurant. In the village shop in Bürserberg you get what you need. All in all we had a great stay, we had the feeling "everything fit", whether for skiers, hikers or the one who stayed at home. Thank you dear Johannes!

Stay was amazing. Chalet was pristine, modern, comfortable and the hosts were amazing. Truly from booking to checkout our stay was perfect. I give our stay 5 stars. A very special place.

very nice house in idyllic countryside

There were three of us with a child over New Year's Eve and we had exactly what we were looking for. Four days in a cabin on the mountain with sledges and wood stove. With the sled, we were able to hike through winter landscapes on a closed snow blanket and spend time without moving the car. The cabin is the most cozy place when it gets dark and you sit by the fire in the wood-paneled parlor.

Unfortunately, we only stayed at the accommodation for 3 nights. It was fantastically beautiful, quaint, cozy. Cabin magic in the snow. It all worked out and was as described and very clean. The hosts are very friendly and the reception was great, the luggage transport was great. We think it's all even more beautiful than in the photos! The views and surroundings are great. We clearly recommend the place and will certainly be back.
