Excellent place like a 5 stars hotel. You wouldn't believe it until you see it. All the amenities as you can think about it. Will come back and highly rwcommed.

Spacious, cozy and very clean apartment with three bedrooms and a large loggia. Located on the 3rd floor of a 5 story building. A shopping center, bus and tram stops are within walking distance. Easy to get to the city center and to the train station. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and more. Amazing attention to detail, I will note only a few: a kitchen equipped with everything you need (including really sharp knives and a corkscrew), a shoe spoon, laundry detergent, a first aid kit – all this is missing in most other rental apartments. Rushana is really a Super host. She is always available, caring and attentive to wishes. When there was a problem with the Internet, Rushana quickly resolved it. Thank you very much, we will be happy to stay here if we are in Samarkand again.

Excellent stay. The host was very professional, and responsive. We booked far in advance and everything went smoothly, from check-in to check out. The apartment is new, modern, clean, and spacious for 2 people. There’s a grocery shop near by if you need, otherwise taxis are incredibly cheap in Uzbekistan so you can go anywhere from there, quite easily. Overall great value. Be sure to try local cuisine.

Amazing host with great communication skills. Iskander was really helpful and answered all my questions. He knows how to do it! He left small guide of samarkand in every room so that people will know where to go. 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at Sardor’s place! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable experience. Sardor was an excellent host, communicating clearly in English and responding promptly to any questions. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the vokzal, which made getting around so easy. Overall, it was great value for the price, and I would highly recommend staying here!

Location is so strategic especially near to Registan Square and can have a stroll in the park to Afsiyob bazaar and Amir Temur mausoleum. Taxi is always available.

Very cozy and clean apartment, excellent for a short stay.

I stayed a week, resting, sightseeing and working from home, in the huge firsty floor open plan quiet bedroom with yet another big room uptairs. Only 20 minutes walk to Registan square and 5 minutes walk to an excellent all meat restaurant called Fedya shashlik, where I went to eat dinner every night. Маруфджон has been very helpful and kind host and he even invited me to a share a a barbecue dinner with his friends. Very nice memories indeed
