Vacation rentals with a patio in Dagupan City

Per usual staying at Ms. Jocelyn's place feels like being at home. Cozy place and the place doesn't disappoint 😊

Felt like home away from home. The apartment was clean and neat making our stay very relaxing. The water heater was working properly so taking a shower in the morning and evening was never a problem for us. The place is 5-15 minutes away from Burnham Park and jepneys and taxis are passing by 24/7 making the commuting very easy (vehicles passing by do not cause noise pollution). There is a sari-sari store accross the street if you need to by snacks/toiletries and a karenderya right beside the sari-sari store that offers affordable combo meals. The place is several meters away from a Police station making the area quite safe. Bonus: there is a friendly and lovely dog owned by the tenants downstairs that greets guests upon their arrival. 🥰 Don’t hesitate to give that dog a treat. 🥹

Host is reliable. Place is quite and peaceful. Home away from home ambiance.

The room is nice and very comfortable. The kitchen faucet could be improved as it feels a bit loose. Getting a taxi was a bit challenging, which is understandable due to the holiday season. It would be great to have a larger frying pan and pot, and faster internet would be appreciated. Thank you!

Very accommodating host! Thank you, Ms. Kate. The area is superb if you're looking for somewhere pristine and with a relaxing view away from the city buzz. My senior citizen parents loved the place, too! Very convenient with elevators, because some place does not have one which is very important for the SC's.

Unit - so clean and smells good - everything you need is there: books, games, extra if everything 🥰, sewing kit, repair kits, as in almost everything you might need is there - comfortable for 3-4 people but can accommodate more Rooms - plenty of extra mattresses and pillows should you need it Kitchen - spotless. Though we don’t cook, you have all you need for basic cooking Location - a bit on the steep side but I was able to walk it even if I have difficulty ambulating Parking - it might pose a problem during peak season but there is parking Bathroom - so clean but a bit cramped for big people. Water pressure is very good and we had hot water anytime. I will recommend this place if you have fur babies like us because the veranda is a good place for them to roam around and do their thing and they like the floor because it is cool not cold. I appreciate the responsiveness of our host.

We had a wonderful stay at Moldex Residences, thanks to Ms. Glorife and her excellent hospitality. Sir Joey made check-in a breeze, and Ms. Glorife was always attentive, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is incredibly convenient—taxis are easily available right in front of the condo, and it’s just a 9-minute drive to SM Baguio. Plus, the Night Market and Burnham Park are within walking distance, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

First time at Bolinao and we felt right at home. ❤️ Only thing is there was a power outage on the next day when we are about to checkout, but they said it's quite normal in Bolimao and they also had the generator opened for an hour before we checkout. So all good! We love the place, and we'll definitely recommend it and come back!! ☀️

Darwin was a great host, Reponse in a timely manner. The only issue we have is the area outside was dark at night, the water tank was loud and the shower heater was not working downstair.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had great stay at Apines place It is near the SM, Session Road and tourist spots. The room is also comfortable. Water heater is working. Wifi is working. Communication is also fast. A great view of the city in the Balcony. Suggestions: Thicker blankets Thank you for a great stay 🩷

We had an amazing 2-night stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was very convenient. The location was perfect - very safe and guarded, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood was great, and we were close to everything we needed. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, exactly as described. Plus their bathroom was great! We felt right at home and loved the warm atmosphere. Rouie is very hands on when it become to use. She and Quennie help us about our stayed. We encountered No electricity an hour the goods things Host and quennie can provide the resolution.

If you are like me who values comfort and relaxation, make sure to book Kat's place in your next Baguio trip. Other than being in a strategic location, with a very nice rooftop view deck where you have a 360 view of the city, one reason which really sells out to me is their Ikea furniture; comfy beds, minimalist style and clean bathroom. You can really tell that the unit is well maintained. (The water pressure is really strong as well; considering it's Baguio :) Regine, the caretaker, is also very professional and helpful. Absolutely amazing place to stay, the compound was stunning and peaceful. The interior of the place was beautiful. Host was very responsive and super kind, they adjusted to our special request too. Absolute 10/10 experience, highly recommended!
