We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

We had a great time at Marion's apartment. Everything was as described, plus super clean and furnished with attention to detail and little touches. We felt very comfortable and would stay there again and again. In addition, it was totally nice to talk to Monika and her husband, we felt very welcome and as if we were with friends.

I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

The four of us were able to spend a wonderful weekend here. The place is ideal for unplugging, cooking and playing games together, and really offers plenty of space. Everything was tidy and clean, but still cozy. A fantastic view, a quiet neighborhood with chickens and the friendliness & flexibility of Andreas and Dorothee have rounded it all off. In addition, you can quickly reach all kinds of lakes by car. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

I had an outstanding experience during my stay at this apartment. The communication was top-notch, and the apartment itself was impeccably clean, equipped with smart amenities. The owner was incredibly kind and responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Additionally, the location is convenient, with supermarkets and stations nearby. Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Julian is an outstanding host. He is helpful and always very quick to respond. The house is very big and has a really great kitchen. Especially the living room and terrace outside are perfect lounges for up to 10 people. We were there over New Year's Eve and watched a fireworks display on the lake a 20-minute walk away. In general, you are quickly in the countryside and the surroundings are quiet.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Very clean and maintained accommodation, Great location, easy to access public transport metro train station and trams within a 5 minute walk.

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

The host is super friendly and hospitable, always there to help and very responsive. Convenient location short walk to train station and grocery stores. The house is very new and super clean with high quality appliances and furnitures. I was able to relax and had a great stay!

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

Julian and Lisa were very accommodating hosts and we felt at ease staying in their accommodation for 3 days. Really clean property with homely touches which we appreciated. Great communication and great location 30 mins out of Munich.

Murat was always available and definitely didn't promise too much very nice room with a nice view of the city of Augsburg and the Alps. It's not that common. Otherwise Murat was very helpful and available all the time

Everything was exactly as advertised. The view is great and the surroundings are quiet and relaxing. Matthias was very friendly and easy to work with.

The flat was ideal for the two of us. It had everything (and more) that we could need. Very convenient for the beautiful lakeside and for the town. Dagmar and Burkner were so kind to meet us and show us round. Would love to stay again.
