Great place to hang out with your family or friends! Safe within a gated community with a great neighbor who has great recommendations for food. Stairs can be a bit tricky for older people but all in all a great stay!

Make sure you reach when there is daylight. We reached after it became dark and had initial apprehensions. However, Paras assured us to wait until morning to see what this place had to offer. We held on for the night and woke up to a perfect description of what was told to us. Our pet Rio travelled with us and loved the place with lots of space to run around and two lovely friends - Enji and Ringo to play with. The highlight of the whole trip was the last evening we spent there. Paras took us for a hike to see the sunset over the Anjuna beach and followed it up with a lovely candle light dinner. Felt like catching up with long lost friends. Finally - Manish. Amazing caretaker of the place. Went out of the way to help us go on bike to buy necessities. And he cooked up a simple and delicious dinner which left us asking for more. Contrast to day one when we had initial doubts, on the day we had to leave, none of us were in a mood to. We promised ourselves that we'd be back.

We spent a family reunion over the NYE at Sanjana and Ravi's place. It is a huge bungalow and we had the first floor with 4BR exclusively for us. The hosts were extremely warm , helpful and responsive with clear instructions and suggestions about taxis and nearby restaurants. Check-in was smooth, the place was very clean and nicely done up with fresh linen and toiletries. Suresh - the helper was extremely helpful and always smiling. He also helped us with number of Taxi guy. The cleaning staff came in daily and were efficient and thorough. The house had sufficient cutlery and utensils for cooking at home. Location is perfect with a supermarket 150 mts away and Colva beach around 1.2kms away ( 10-12 mts walk). Zomato/Swiggy available for delivery from Colva and Madgaon. The pool table was also a big hit with the kids. All in all a superb place, very well managed and warm and helpful hosts. Thank you for making our New Year Eve get together a memorable one!!

We had an amazing 4-day stay! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was fantastic. The host was incredibly supportive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Truly a memorable experience – highly recommended!

Caroline's place was perfect for our family visit - we stayed there for 4 nights. This was our first time renting an AirBnB in India and it was a great experience thanks to Caroline's great communication and friendly suggestions. The place was quite big as described and the kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The location was central to be able to cover north/south Goa, a quick trip to Panaji city area and walkable to Donna Paula Getty. We would love to come back and stay at this AirBnB with family in future.

It was an amazing trip for us in Goa and this flat contribute a lot in it. Rukmini Madam is very caring about all the things through out the stay. all caretakers are up to date. The really care for their guests. Building is new. Flat has all modern facilities and amenities. You will feel very positive in the flat.

Nirmal's place is beautifuly tucked away right next to porvorim. WHile it has access to major shopping centres and outlets it reamins a quiet and peaceful locality. The pool was clean. The house itself is exactly as described and everything was in order. We made our christmas meal in the house as well. All appliances are functional. We had absolutely no issues with regard to the house. The host was gracious enough to send us a bottle of wine to celebrate Christmas and also did not artificially inflate his pricing just because it was the season. A true gentleman. Parking was dedicated outdoor space. Waste disposal was easily managed. Wifi connectivity was good as airtel had no signal in the location. AC, waching machine and all other applicances are in working condition and the rooms are spacious. The house also had a gas stove. Overall it was a comforting and relaxing experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. Basappa was a fantastic super host, always available and helpful. His caretaker went out of his way to get us medicine when we needed it, and the cleaning staff was efficient and accommodating. We requested a new bucket, and they promptly provided one without hesitation. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and we even rented a car through Basappa, which made our trip even more convenient. The property is in a gated society, making it feel very safe and secure. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a great and memorable experience at Hansa's aunty's house...she's so kind and a good heart person...nihar bhaiya was so responsive and gv us right guidance about the locality and surrounding places...he also helped us for the bike rental and car rental...even Saf Safai wali aunty was so polite.... About the location and house- it was a very peaceful place....if u feel stressed definitely you will forget all the problems tensions....Nearby Beach (Zalor beach) is so beautiful nd worth of spending time there...you can find all the beautiful beaches near of this residence over all this place is worth of spending money...

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

My friend and I had an incredible stay at this property! The location is perfect, with amazing sundowner spots and cozy cafes just a short distance away. The true highlight of our experience, however, was the caretaker, Salim-ji. He was exceptionally helpful, patiently answering all our questions, arranging local transportation, and guiding us with great attention to detail. His hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Their hospitality was unmatched—they took great care of us throughout our stay, making it even more memorable. Pranav, the host, is incredibly friendly and responsive. He promptly answered all our queries and made the booking process seamless. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

I am speechless about this apartment stay. Simple felt like home. lavish property with easy access to all necessary requirement and tourist spots. great coordination by Pramod and aunty. I hope we kept the home clean while leaving. definitely gonna visit this property again when in panjim.

Ally's property was a perfect place for us to rewind. Great beaches are located in the vicinity, including Varca, Zalora & Cavelossim. The kitchen was clean & fully equipped, we did cook for ourselves. Complimentary housekeeping services were provided on the alternate days.All in all a great stay. Recommended to everyone looking forward to exploring South Goa and its calm beaches and neighborhoods.

It was amazing staying at this listing, the host was very responsive and helpful. While checking out my flight was delayed and after I requested the host if I can leave a bit late he accommodated the request very positively. Overalls it was an amazing experience

Sid’s apartment was delightful to stay at. It captured the true charm of Goa! The neighborhood was ideal, we really enjoyed our experience.

The apartment shares the wall with courtyard by Marriott, Colva Beach. Beach is 5 min walk away and has multiple eating options nearby. It’s a great value for money apartment in case you want to stay in South Goa. Dr. Ransley was really helpful from Check in until checkout. Highly recommended.

This is 1rk so should be listed Accordingly. it has enough amenities and host kept everything at apartment like sugar ,tea powder, cloth powder etc. attention to detail I must say. few request - please repair toilet spray n save water. living room curtains should be less transparent and enough.
