Apartment vacation rentals in Da’an District

The place is newly renovated and the appliances are new. It was quite clean except that there was a dead cockroach on the floor when we first came in. The size of the apartment is ok, but the second bathroom is very small.

You're right next to the night market, but even with all of the people and traffic, not a lot of car honking, etc. White noise from the traffic but nothing that prevented me from sleeping.

Amazing location. Walking distance to more highly rated restaurants than we had time to try. Very clean and very quiet.

We were a family of four visiting from the US. The apartment was comfortable and very convenient. Although Taipei 101 looks like it is tucked in a corner of the sprawl of Taipei, there is a lot going on in the neighborhood, both glitzy and more local in flavor. Ryan’s place is three minutes from the Taipei 101 MRT station and across the busy boulevard from the 101 Tower, yet because there is a large building between the street and the apartment, the apartment was quiet throughout the day. Note that the halls and common spaces are very much to traditional Taiwan standards of condition; the apartment itself is very clean. We removed our shoes at the door and were very comfortable in the apartment. We were in Taiwan in December so we used the heat on occasion. We were able to keep the temperature comfortable throughout the night without an issue. Beds are firm as usual for Asia.

Nice place in a convenient location right in the heart of downtown Taipei and conveniently located on the Blue Line. The apartment was clean and as described. The rooms were a little separated (2 together and 1 across the living room) but they were all spacious and as described. Bathrooms were clean, one with a bathtub (no shower curtain) and the other with a shower. Kitchen was clean and functional.

Great Host, loved the place and safe. Walking distance to great eateries and attractions. The place was able to accommodate our party of four. The lady at the reception downstairs is nice and our trash was picked up upon request. Thank you Mandy, Winnie and Momo.

We stayed with four adults and two children, and there was no inconvenience.

Naomi is a 5-star host; sweet, understanding, fast in communications. I had an issue with my reservation and she helped to sort it out right away. Recommend staying through her any day.

Cynthia’s place was very clean, spacious & comfortable for our family of 5. Benny was really friendly and helpful during check-in & check-out. We enjoyed Shida night market (5-min walk), a scallion pancake place, and Bafang Dumplings (downstairs). The location was relatively convenient, but I wish it was closer to the MRT stations. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to be back soon. Thank you for your hospitality!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, and an 11 and 8 year old) stayed at David’s apartment for a month. We felt right at home! The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us, the amenities were ample for the whole month (for example, David prepared enough trash bags, soap, shampoo, etc. - the little details that make a big difference!). The apartment was private and quiet - minus occasional expected city noises from time to time. And the furniture - from the bedrooms to the seating areas - were very comfortable. I worked remotely from the apartment and the WiFi connectivity was also excellent. Location wise, it is in close proximity to so many shops and restaurants and the subway. As a host, David was responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here!

It is close to the MRT station and easy to go anywhere. There are three separate rooms with a private space. The host was also very friendly and polite, so I felt at ease. Highly recommended.

Good value for the location to be so close to Taipei 101 and Taipei marathon starting point. Bus to Taoyuan airport is also a 5 min walk away.

Located in a busy area with multiple shopping malls nearby. Pretty noisy during day time if you open the window. However, we’re not home most of the day. It’s fine for us. Yoco and Catherine are very responsive and helpful. Thanks for giving us the adapter! It saved us!

Very good and convenient location, with lots of restaurants and a variety choices of food nearby. The facilities and condition of the accommodation is as described. The host is kind and helpful, and responded quickly. All these made us a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Moon is very responsive and even helped us with the taxi transfer to the accommodation since we arrived at 2am.

William was so easy to communicate with. We had an uncertain arrival schedule and he was so flexible about it. Any questions we had about the appointment was answered clearly and he made us feel very welcome to his place and to Taiwan. The location of the apartment was also great, right above the Q Square mall near Taipei Main Station. It was a walkable distance to Ningxia night market and to Zhongshan shopping area. I would stay here again!

I had an amazing stay and experience on my trip; everything about this place contributed to making my experience better. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and clear whenever I needed any assistance. The apartment is equipped with modern amenities and its location is unbeatable. Great views and unbelievably short walking distance to the MRT, Taipei 101, and other nearby malls. This place is definitely worth the price if you want an amazing experience at the heart of the central financial district of Taipei.

A clean, spacious and beautiful home! The location was very convenient, located within walking distance to Taipei Main Station, eateries and just next to a 7-11. We travelled with two young kids and an elderly so the lift was a lifesaver! The washing machine was a plus as well. If you need a dryer, there is a laundromat in the vicinity. There is only one toilet mirror and one behind the main door. Might be good to have more in the rooms! We sometimes heard footsteps from above floors but that didn’t affect us much. We also had an issue with the sink clogging but it was resolved quickly within the day while we were out. Hosts were responsive and pleasant. Overall it was a very comfortable stay! Definitely recommend:)

Eric’s place was great! Loved the neighborhood we were in - there’s a night market right around the corner. Enjoyed our time!

It’s even better compared to the photo. The location also nice, just a little walk outside the apartment and you can see Taipei 101 already. Such a nice area, it’s peaceful and within few mins walk across the apartment you can see lots of local shops selling food.

Sonam’s place was just as listed in the picture and very clean. The only thing that my parents were confused on was the tv situation. There is a tv but no local channels. Other than that everything was great. Sonam even let them check out later than 11am. Would definitely recommend.
