We had a great Christmas stay with a little attention from the owners for a very nice Christmas decor in the house. I highly recommend this little house by the water for its calm and its superb view that we had on a daily basis of the Poitevin marsh. In addition , thoughtful owners from start to finish of the rental, thank you to Jean-Guy.

We had a great time. The house is very clean, large and very well decorated. Everything we needed was there. Perfect location for visiting Futuroscope or Poitiers. The environment is really calm. The space offers all the modern comforts that can be expected. Communication was great with Sandrine. I highly recommend it (200%).

We had a lovely evening at Karine's cottage. Everything was perfect, in the exchanges to prepare for our arrival and our flexible departure, the simple welcome and the very clean, welcoming accommodation (the heating had been put before our arrival), well equipped and cozy.
