The house of Claudia is very cozy, has air conditioning in 3 of 4 bedrooms, comfortable beds, linens and clean bathrooms All necessary kitchen items near the pool, which is not large but is quite tasty for a relaxing bath on the back of the beach Claudia is extremely friendly, responds fast, super helpful helpful A Cecília (homemade) super attentive also without problems in the check-in and check-out The house is very close to the village and this is great for not having to worry about vacancy to stop the car carro, which is always very disputed disputed We'll come back more often for sure

Our stay was great,the host was available at all times,we were very well served before,during and after the stay.The house is very spacious, barbecue area and pool is excellent, my pets (calopsitas/yorkshire) were at ease ,very fresh for those who will take the animals,wooded , my yorkshire loved it ran all over the house,we highly recommend this stay,we hope to come back soon.

Our stay at Sueli's was wonderful! The house is super comfortable, well equipped and surrounded by very green. The location is excellent, just 50 meters from the beach, and we still had beach chairs and parasol at our disposal, which made all the difference. During our stay, we were fortunate to see toucans, fireflies and many stars, which made the experience even more special. The house is located on a slope plot, which implies a longer staircase to access it and in the absence of a garage (we parked on the street), but these characteristics are part of the local charm and did not affect our comfort. The tranquility and the atmosphere compensates for any detail. Sueli was a wonderful host, always attentive and quick with the messages. We will definitely be back! I recommend to everyone looking for an experience of connecting with nature, comfort and proximity to the beach.

Outdoor area (delicious pool and barbecue) wonderful, neat, clean and functional. Rooms with great mattresses and pillows. Sala we barely use, but functional and practical. Kitchen has a lot of utensils, but it lacks some organization, it was a little messy, so it was hard to find some things. But new fridge, horizontal freezer, pretty cool. Bathroom of the great suite, the one in the other two bedrooms the box is very small. Easy access but far from the famous beaches of São Sebastião. Simply incredible homemade Maria! I highly recommend it!

My family and I have absolutely nothing negative to talk about the house! We were super well accommodated, the house is spectacular, excellent location. We don't have to take the car out once at night, as the best restaurants are in the area. We would like to emphasize how well Rose Zé welcomed us, with a lot of education and sympathy! They take care of the home and well-being of guests with such affection. Amamos spend the week at the house, and we definitely intend to go back. And we thank Rafael, for always responding with agility, very proactive!

The apartment is well maintained and is in a new building, with great infrastructure and well located, in the corner of the beach. The space is ample and illuminated, giving a lot of comfort in every room. The kitchen is an off curve point, too wide for an apartment, and with a large amount of crockery, cutlery and electroportables. There was also a wide variety of cleaning and laundry products, allowing to keep everything clean and in order throughout our stay. The living room is compact and has only one two-seater sofa, but we settle in beach chairs and balcony chairs without any inconvenience. A small dresser or cabinet is missing in one of the bedrooms, which has only the beds and we had to fix everything on the floor and in dining room chairs, but the space is ample and the beds are comfortable. The concierge and cleaning teams are very attentive and helpful. Larissa was also very attentive from the beginning, guiding and helping in what was needed. We will certainly be back!

Simply comfortable the apartment, I loved every detail, super impeccable in cleaning and organizing, has everything you can find in a house, I ended up taking kitchen stuff I didn't even use because in the apartment I already had. Ap is right in front of the beach, the location to move the nearest beaches is very close and easy. Without counting the pool of the clean condominium and organized place. Excellent Condomínio, offers grocery store and kiosk in the common area, super helpful concierge and heated pool, overlooking the sensational beach! We want to go back now!

As promised, we returned. It was our second lodging in Maria Dolores's chalet. In the meantime the condominium made improvements in the pool area. The chalet remains faithful to the pictures. Space clean, organized, quiet. Air conditioning is an important differential. And sleep listening to the waves hitting the coast in Toque-Toque more important even. A very well equiped kitchen. The information provided by Dolores was very complete and assisted us in the stay. Check-in and check-out was efficient. Let's keep coming back.

I went with only my family of 5 people and it was top! very cozy! excellent neighborhood, and the most top is that there is a supermarket in front!
