Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cumbayá

I was really delighted with the place and the hosts. Gonzalo and his wife were always very attentive and helpful, I never lacked anything and my needs were always attentive. I received suggestions to make my visit to the country an even better experience. I would definitely choose them again as hosts if I have the opportunity to return to Ecuador. Very grateful for everything.

I love staying here. There is a natural beauty and peaceful feeling once you enter the gate. Margarita is a wonderful host who was there to greet me when I arrived. She is always willing to help with any request or recommendation I need. The house and my room is welcoming and well decorated. She has just installed 6mm thick glass on all the bedroom windows to insure that everyone staying in the house will enjoy peace and quiet to insure her guest a restful evening. The kitchen is well appointed and a pleasure to cook in. The location is very close to some of the best shopping in Ecuador as well as a variety of great restaurants. If you will be visiting Cumbaya and Tumbaco, I highly recommend The Avocado house.

I prefer to stay with a family so I can learn about their lives and the culture. their house is right in town so you can walk everywhere. Byron speaks good English and was very helpful as to directions and information about Banos. his mother and sister were gracious. they did not speak English but with Google translate that was no problem. I would recommend this place to stay in Banos

amazing service and stay

This is like a charming little courtyard hotel: plants, flowers, and paintings everywhere. It's about 20 minutes up the hill from Central. It's a peaceful scenic walk to almost anywhere you would need to go and about a block away from the bus stop.

An excellent place, quiet and with an excellent location

If you want to be in the city, this is the place for you. They've got 24/7 security which is awesome. The pictures don't do this place justice. And you'll have the entire floor. Pretty great deal.

Cesar was an excellent host, respectful and cordial; he was quick to respond to my concerns, he was very flexible with my time of entry and departure, he worried that we have all the comforts in the place, I even leave us snacks,bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar , and has condiments in case we want to prepare food. It's definitely a place I'll go back to soon.

The Suite is very comfortable, good natural lighting and nice views. Excellent location, check-in was flexible and the guards are very friendly. I would definitely definitely go back to this place!

Highly recommend. Place super clean and owners are very nice. Wife speaks very good english and was very helpful with recommendations. I used uber to move around the city and most were less than 3$. Breakfast was very good. Will stay again of i return to quito.

Blue House has been one of the most welcoming places I have stayed in Quito, its host Nicolás is a very kind person and always ready to help you in what you need, it has areas to share with friends, family or your partner, in terms of cleanliness and service 10/10, in addition to it offers a very rich breakfast every day, its rooms are super comfortable and totally equal to what is shown in the photographs, I would definitely return on my next vacation.
