Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cumbayá

Very nice apartment, very clean and her host Carolina was always very kind, and she was attentive to each of our concerns; on behalf of my family, we were very pleased with our stay in such a beautiful and impeccable apartment...if we return to Quito, it will definitely be my first choice of accommodation

I love staying here. There is a natural beauty and peaceful feeling once you enter the gate. Margarita is a wonderful host who was there to greet me when I arrived. She is always willing to help with any request or recommendation I need. The house and my room is welcoming and well decorated. She has just installed 6mm thick glass on all the bedroom windows to insure that everyone staying in the house will enjoy peace and quiet to insure her guest a restful evening. The kitchen is well appointed and a pleasure to cook in. The location is very close to some of the best shopping in Ecuador as well as a variety of great restaurants. If you will be visiting Cumbaya and Tumbaco, I highly recommend The Avocado house.

Spectacular service, rent it for Peruvian staff from a strategic partner of my company, and they were delighted with the validity of the host's attention. This is like a charming little courtyard hotel: plants, flowers, and paintings everywhere. It's about 20 minutes up the hill from Central. It's a peaceful scenic walk to almost anywhere you would need to go and about a block away from the bus stop.

An excellent place, quiet and with an excellent location

If you want to be in the city, this is the place for you. They've got 24/7 security which is awesome. The pictures don't do this place justice. And you'll have the entire floor. Pretty great deal.

This is a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in the Le Parc Residences, conveniently located in la Carolina neighborhood near restaurants, cafes and high-end shopping. Easy check-in, all mod cons, and accommodating host, highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Place super clean and owners are very nice. Wife speaks very good english and was very helpful with recommendations. I used uber to move around the city and most were less than 3$. Breakfast was very good. Will stay again of i return to quito.

Blue House has been one of the most welcoming places I have stayed in Quito, its host Nicolás is a very kind person and always ready to help you in what you need, it has areas to share with friends, family or your partner, in terms of cleanliness and service 10/10, in addition to it offers a very rich breakfast every day, its rooms are super comfortable and totally equal to what is shown in the photographs, I would definitely return on my next vacation.
