Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cul-de-Sac

Arrived at Benoit’s place and unfortunately it had not been cleaned. There was a mixup with the cleaning provider. Benoit was very quick to straighten out the issue and sent someone as soon as he received message. Mistakes happen! Place was how it was described and were exactly like the photos. The only thing is no pepper/ salt and not enough toilet paper for stay but store 2 minutes away. We had a wonderful stay at Benoit !! It was 2 minutes from beach and many top notch restaurants!! Some of the best food ever! I would definitely stay again. Thank you Benoit

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Saint Martin was excellent and the area we stayed was perfect, being a little away from the busy touristy spots but close enough for us to easily get to. We loved Mullet beach which was a short half mile walk and there were many great restaurants and bars close by so we didn't even bother renting a car and just used buses and taxis to go further. The Condo was spacious, clean, and had great views. Anna, our host was fantastic and quickly responded to our handful of questions we highly recommend this stay to other travelers and we look forward to returning next year!

I had a wonderful two week vacation with my wife and kids (9 & 11). We loved the apartment and the building had many great amenities. The kids loved the infinity pool and my wife enjoyed swimming laps at the indoor pool. There was never a crowd at the pool and we were often the only people on the private beach where my girls loved playing in the waves. Saint Martin is not known for good beach snorkeling but we were pleased to find one of the best places was right in front of us between our beach and Mullet beach.

Altagarcia is an amazing host. Friendly,responsive. Loved the isolation of the neighborhood,the views and enjoying the outside porch for everything from coffee to an after dinner drink

From the day before our trip, our host Shameeka reached out to confirm our arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in, and from that moment on, everything was seamless. She was incredibly polite, accommodating, and helpful, offering great recommendations and assisting wherever she could. The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained - perfect for us to enjoy our four days on the island. We truly had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Maarten!

We enjoyed our stay. Especially the porch and the view. I liked floating in the egg chair. We appreciated the kitchen. It was nice having the extra 1/2 bath. Guana beach is more intense than others. Waves & riptides. Also, nobody seems to be picking up the trash regularly that washes in.

Super beautiful apartment everything was spotless, very well located two minutes walk from the beach, we requested a beach chair that the host provided us with pleasure. The host responds quickly, I had a wonderful stay with my family in the Oligaïa apartment and I recommend it to all!

We enjoyed our stay at Binkie’s apartment a lot! Beautiful, clean place and nice hosts who invited us for a cocktail! We would definitely stay here again :-)

This was my second time staying at Matthew’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home is always spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to an amazing restaurant right by the beach. Matthew is an excellent host, super responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Michael was just fantastic! Such a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of local spots to pick up a few things. His property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. You feel right at home. Plants on the property are beautiful and landscaping well done. He is creating a nice lily pond which will add to this tranquil little escape. I can’t wait to visit the island again because I will be booking here again. I have already told my colleagues about this booking and they are too looking forward to booking.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Had the privilege of staying at this beautiful home for 6 days to celebrate my 40th birthday. My Husband and I stayed at another location for a few days to celebrate our anniversary because we were already on the island Danielle was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to prepare for our guests that would be joining us. There were 9 of us total 4 couples so the space was perfect. Danielle had some champagne, wine and fruit set up in the kitchen when we arrived which was very thoughtful. She gave us lots of recommendations and was very responsive during our stay. The home was clean and had everything you would need. I do suggest renting a car during your stay and downloading offline maps for St. Maarten before arriving, extremely helpful. The views are breathtaking I would absolutely stay here again already looking forward to our next stay.

Sheryl was extremely friendly and informative. The property is beautiful and clean the surrounding area in neighborhood Beautiful and safe. Just a few steps from the beach, which has many restaurants. and entertainment entertainment we are definitely going to book again for next year.🏝️🏝️☀️☀️ a great company to book excursions is right down the beach from where we were staying.

My 10-night stay was perfect! Perfect location and very private. Host is extremely responsive. The house has extras like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, etc. that help you to pack less. The location is wonderful and close to many nice restaurants and to town. I enjoyed putting the food outside at nightfall for Calico the outdoor cat who waited patiently for me to do so! Highly recommend this house to stay in!

This place was amazing but it was a bit off the beaten track. Luckily we found a great driver who found the place before picking us up at the airport. The villa is as advertised and Vanetta the house manager was also great.

There's a reason Fleur de Mar has a near perfect rating. Their villa was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The view is incredible and the villa has everything you could possibly need. It also was close to everything. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. I'd also like to give a big thank you to Donald their house manager. Talk about responsive, he literally showed up within minutes when we had an issue with the air conditioning. He was super friendly and called to wish us a safe journey home. I can't wait to go back!

Staying at Joe’s place was by far the best decision for an airbnb in St. Maarten. Between a beautiful private beach off The Cliff, an awesome infinity pool, and wide patio with a view of- I couldve stayed there the whole time and been content with the trip. The near by restaurants, grocery stores and things to do less than a mile or so drive made everything so convenient. Will certainly be coming back!

My fiancée and I were left speechless by my stay at Tranquility. All of the reviews are true, and it’s even better in person. By far the greatest stay we’ve had on any vacation. The location couldn’t be more beautiful and the people are amazing. Sam, Denise, and Abiel were extremely helpful and kind. Cannot say enough good things about them.

We had a great stay the place has great views and easy walking distance for food. We will be back.

From the very beginning Phil was very helpful and personable. Phil was very detailed on the instructions for check-in and the surrounding area. He provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He inquired if we had any questions or concerns, making us feel comfortable and at ease with renting from him. He already had pretty much covered 99.9% of the information that would have been needed, therefore we felt pretty much at home being in his place. We loved how well stocked the unit was re: towels, linen, kitchen supplies, the peacefulness of the unit and the cleanliness (which is definitely a plus plus for us) but above all the view from the unit was to die for. We enjoyed our time very much especially when lounging at the pool. We were especially grateful that he accommodated our check-out time. We will definitely be back. Thank you Phil for being a great host.

We have been coming to SXM for 15 years and I have stayed all over the island and this is my favorite. The beach, the pool, at your doorstep, it is beautiful! You can't ask for anymore. I have already rebooked for next year!

We loved staying with Leanne! She and Danielle accommodated our family at the last minute and everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with everything you might need to for an amazing stay.
