You can walk to downtown, and the interior was very clean and nice. There is a separate private parking space, so it is comfortable.. and the advantage is that it is quiet. There is also a large market nearby.

This house has been renovated to a very high standard with many beautiful features. The beds in particular had lovely linen and were very comfortable. A few minutes walking to everything in the town. We really enjoyed the private terrace in the sun and the seating outside to enjoy a coffee on the morning. Thank you for the stay.

Nice surprise for this cottage ideally located in St Rémy when looking for a peaceful place but close to everything. The listing is exactly as advertised. Everything is designed to simplify your stay and make it very pleasant, including the quality of materials and equipment. Jean-François was very friendly and considerate.

We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

We stayed for 1 weeks in this accommodation in Le Pontet which is well located for visiting the surroundings of Avignon. The listing matches the description (nothing missing) The neighborhood is quiet. The car is a must as the shops are not close. Hélène is attentive and extremely helpful ( she did not hesitate to return us, at her expense, forgotten personal belongings) Hélène is attentive and discreet. The pool is a plus. Very good stay with Catherine, we came with our 2 children aged 3 and 5 and the apartment was faithful to our expectations. Shops nearby and easy to get to fast lane. We'll be happy to go back!
