Vacation rentals with a patio in Crystal Cove, Newport Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay. Peaceful location, with easy access to various locations. The only downside was the flights of stairs to the location. Would reserve the place again.

Juan’s spot was great - excellent location walkable to restaurants and coffee shops around Silver Lake, but the AirBnB itself is peaceful so you get the best of both worlds. My fave part was the outdoor patio overlooking Juan’s yard, which was filled with beautiful plants and his two sweet, adorable husky dogs. There’s a fence between you and Juan’s yard so if you dislike dogs, there’s no need to interact. But if you love dogs it’s a big bonus :) The AirBnB was very clean and comfortable. Juan was super friendly when we crossed paths. I’d stay there again and I highly recommend it.

All I can say is the host and the unit are amazing. All the things you need away from home that mosts host miss Muhi was spot on. This is an excellent property.

I had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s. So much to so walking distance, è speciale restaurants and downtown is close too. My favorite walking the stand along the beach. I only used my car twice in a week. I could hear the ocean waves in the morning. Great location! Will definitely rent again.

It was a great stay. Joseph was very responsive and helpful. There were amenities such as water in the fridge and snacks on the counter which were very nice. I would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much that we extended twice. Kirk was very responsive and accommodating, as well as a wonderful host. It was a real pleasure meeting him in person. The location was beyond perfect! We watched the sun rise and the sun set on most days. Several mornings, we even watched the dolphins playing just off the beach. Everything was conveniently located, very walkable and we didn’t even have to use our vehicle on most days. The unit had a wonderful courtyard area & a gas grill. The tangerine tree was bearing some of the best tangerines that we have tasted & were an extra special treat. The unit was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Being in a 100 year old building gave the unit a special character. Being there over the weekend was extra special & we were able to attend & buy some locally crafted art & jewelry, as well as fresh specialty bread and fresh fish & produce at the weekend craft & farmer’s market at near the north pier. This was a great place to stay as it felt right at home. I stayed here for a week and it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and soft. There were many shops nearby that weren't too far to get what you need. Joe was very responsive and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place but just stay out of the pool and jacuzzi as it doesn't seem too clean. I know Joe cannot control the community pool or jacuzzi, therefore the apartment was a great place to hang out instead.

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful interior and exterior spaces and a fantastic, spectacularly well stocked kitchen that serious cooks will love. And Brett was the perfect host!

Cheryl was always attentive to make sure we had what we needed, which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this little house to anyone looking for a charming and safe place to stay.

Fabio has a great place and is super communicative. He was very accommodating and friendly and went out of his way. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Parking was easy. I would absolutely recommend this place.

This was a very nice house to stay in a little smaller than I would’ve liked but in a great neighborhood and two blocks from the beach, so it’s a wonderful location It was super clean and well organized. A couple times I needed questions answered. I called and they picked up and took care of the issue right away. Highly recommend.

Staying at Posh's place was lovely! The hosts were very responsive and helpful with all the questions I had. The space was very conveniently located near some nice coffee shops in a peaceful neighborhood, but still close to parts of the city I wanted to visit. Would definitely recommend for someone looking to stay in a nice cozy spot right outside the city!

We will be back to this beautiful comfortable home.. they have thought of everything! From parking, outdoor seating and indoor comfort. Jonathan was a very assessable host even though we didn’t need to contact him he checked in with us to ensure we had everything needed for our stay.

Our whole family had a great stay! Accommodations were beautiful and we especially appreciated the view from the balcony. Even in the off season there was a lot to do in Avalon, and it's a lot of fun driving around town in the golf cart.

Our stay at Lauren's place was everything we needed and more. We booked last minute and she was immediately responsive and SO accommodating and easily reachable throughout our stay. The area is BEAUTIFUL, right on the beach, and the condo was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Highly highly recommend this stay!

We ended up at Dalma's last minute after the first place we checked into turned out to be right on the coast highway and was super noisy. Dalms was awesome. it was by far the best Airbnb or VRBo experience we have had. We were able to check in early which was great since we had to check out of our other place. We got a couple of great recommendations for lunch. The unit itself is in great shape and in a fantastic location. One block and down the stairs and we were right on the strand. We walked to lunch and dinner everyday. Bed was super comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. We used the beach chairs which was great to have. Having coffee provided along a bottle of wine and lots of other touches was a great experience. We also were allowed to check out late as we had a later flight out of LAX. And finally it was a great value! we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

perfect couples retreat. loved the scenery with the waterfall and fish on the property. the fitness room was on point. loved the condo aaaaand the view from our balcony was beautiful.

I would like to thank Kimberly for everything she has done. Her house is a great location. Our family enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend it. Everything is close by, the beach, the markets, the gas stations and all the restaurants.

Excellent location in a community that has a ton of amenities. Walking from the condo to the beach took less than a minute! A bonus was the secure and private parking. Courtney was very thorough and proactive in check-in and check-out instructions. Would happily book this condo again!

I have never been more satisfied with an Airbnb stay. Susan proactively communicated with us and shared instructions clearly. Her place was clean and spacious and had wonderfully easy to find amenities. Traveling with kids I so appreciated the plentiful towels, beach towels, beach toys and games for our family vacation!
