Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Crocodile River

My wife and I had the best experience, we woke up to different animals roaming around the house and also went to sleep with them around. The place is gorgeous and aesthetic, the host is superb they checked on us several times. The view is gorgeous and activities to do around the gated community are awesome. Tranquility at its best.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Thula Sana Lodge. Although we were a small group of three, we instantly felt at home. Upon arrival, we were impressed by how spacious and stunning the property was—much larger than it appears in the photos, though we quickly settled in. One of the standout features of the lodge is its privacy, offering a more secluded experience compared to other properties in the area. We were often visited by herds of elephants that came right up to the boundary fence, which was truly magical. The game drives provided by Mjejane Estate were also a highlight and are definitely worth experiencing.

Amazing place, cozy, quiet, and full of animals. Marcelle was extremely responsive. I'm willing to come back again in the future. Thanks a lot Marcelle!

Little Jock is a fantastic property on the shores of Crocodile River. Easy access to town, shops and Kruger National Park. The views and animal watching from the garden are to die for with elephants, warthogs, impala, oryx, crocs, hippos during our stay. The hosts are gracious providing recommendations for safari tours and local restaurants. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Kruger.

The place is in the middle of nature. Very calm to work, you will only be disturbed by animals walking by. Warthogs, kudus, zebras, mongooses and even giraffes. The place is spacious and charming, kitchen well equipped, bed with a very good mattress. Rental worth every dollar you’ll spend.

We really loved our stay. The house is clean & spacious, great amenities and fresh linen & awesome coffee machine. Sindy that comes in daily was a bonus. The games room was good entertainment for the kids! Very convenient to have a well equipped upstairs braai room, especially on the rainy days. I will surely recommend this house!

We had a great stay, the location was excellent. The house was as per the pictures. The only thing that could be clarified is that only 2 bedrooms have aircons, the other rooms only have fans, there was also an extra fan. but when the temperature is in the 40's aircon in all the rooms would be best.

Mariette was an incredibly accomodating host. We had some changes to the booking prior to arrival, which she sorted out with us completely. Her place is clean and well furnished. Excellent for a few days in Marloth. It's also located less than a 30 seconds walk to the river/fence bordering Kruger. Lovely lovely lovely 😍

Lovely spacious house, well equipped, very clean. Aircons in 3 of the 4 rooms and in the lounge. Ensuit showers and baths in 2 bedrooms and 1 for the 2 rooms. Lovely large verandah with a selection of braais and seating options. 2 pools and a childrens play area. The garden inside the quandrangle is lovely.The pool table and darts were great to the tweens. The inverter really helped when we had an unscheduled area power outage. Convenient parking for cars and trailer. The 2 smaller cottages on site did not impact on the main house which we rented, it was stiĺl private and quiet. There is enough cutlery and crockery and 2 fridges for ease of storage. Great gass top stove plus an eye level oven and 2 induction plates and a microwave. Marina our host was very quick with reponses when we needed her. She sent messages when there were good sightings like lion and wild dogs. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to Marloth Park.

What a phenomenal place in Kruger. It was our first time to the area, and this 3-bedroom place was amazing. It was bigger and more beautiful than the already stunning photos — well stocked and comfortable beds. Plus the natural beauty and local wildlife cannot be beat. We spent evenings by the campfire and enjoyed barbecuing, too. We saw and heard a ton of nature’s best, and it was an easy drive to the main entrance of Kruger as well as a very short walk to the Crocodile River lookout. Mondray went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We especially loved his dinner recommendation. There are many options on Kruger, and I would highly recommend this Marloth Park gem.

The set up is so gorgeous and the space is very conductive to good quality. My kids really enjoyed the playground . Megan was an amazing host. Already planning to go back soon 🙈

I would recommend Airbnb to anyone. We were there for a week and it's just fantastic. Clean Airbnb, warm pool and lots of animals to watch from the house. Communication was also very good. The landlords respond very quickly and were very helpful. They sent us information about safaris directly and also gave us many great tips about the area. Krüger Park is also only 20 minutes away by car. We took a trip all over South Africa with about 10 different Airbnbs and this one was by far the best, really fantastic!

Our stay at Charlene’s place was absolutely perfect! The Villa was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Charlene was an excellent communicator, making check-in and check-out seamless. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and hospitality.The villa looks exactly as it looks on the pictures, Charlene was responsive and made sure that we had a smooth and enjoyable stay I highly recommend will definitely book again in the future..
