The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The flat is clean, comfortable, and well-located in a beautiful neighborhood. Marion is very quick to respond and was extremely helpful when we had questions. We would stay here again if we return to Edinburgh.

Rachel was an amazing host and we enjoyed our stay. The property is in a good location - with the best of Edinburgh within easy walking distance and it was very close to a nice shopping centre too. It was also conveniently located for Carlton hill and you can even see this from one of the bedrooms. It’s a nice flat with lots of quirky decor details which make it a fun place to stay. But above all, Rachel was great - helpful, responsive and flexible too. Thank you for helping us to have a great stay in Edinburgh!

Stayed in Andy's place a few times and as always great communication, lovely, clean flat in very peaceful setting. Great location as well for us to get access to M8 to visit Edinburgh.

Wonderful stay, loads of room with 2 bathroom and cosy beds. Arrival v easy user friendly keysafe entry, fuss free. On the very quiet Stockbridge classy area, walkable to Old Town, but Newtown Leith walkway on doorstep and swimming baths. Great gardens, a dog friendly find. Love to go back anytime!

This was my third time in the flat and everything was excellent as always. The flat is comfortable, the situation is great and Jamie is close at hand if help is needed. I will be back.

Very responsive to questions. Clean and comfortable beds. Having washer and dryer was great after being on the road for over a week. Short drive to Tesco and Stirling Castle.

Aaron is a top host always responsive and friendly. The house is excellent and on a prime location for everything. Great walks for dogs, and plenty places to have a coffee or dine out. Inside, the house is very homely and comfortable. Large kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms are all excellent with TV in a couple of them and bathrooms on suit. Back garden with table and chairs to sit outside on the decking weather permitting. There's a Co-op and a U-save just minutes along the main street if you need anything. I enjoy Callander, and spent two lovely quiet nights at Aarons house and I highly recommend it. I will definitely consider returning in future. Thank you Aaron!

Warm and cosy and great for our family gathering. Well stocked kitchen only missing a masher. Very useful to have such a central parking space in Glasgow. We will return!

Would get six stars if they could control the weather. Great place, bus stop across the road for access to Edinburgh city. Great for family, thanks for the coffee.

A fantastic wee gem in the heart of Edinburgh. Cozey space, it was perfect for my daughter and I. Two minutes walk from Princess Street and all the attractions, location is a major selling point along with garage/private parking which I believe is a godsend in the city centre. Very comfortable bed and quiet area. Lovely little touches with the condiment set including bread, milk and extras. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone :)

Marie's place was perfect for us. It was cozy, equipped with everything we needed, and clean. Marie was super responsive, accommodating, and gave helpful recommendations. The Airbnb is a little outside the city center but the bus system is very easy to navigate. I would 100% recommend this place, especially for groups or larger families because the setup is perfect.

Beautiful, classic sandstone house in a lovely quiet location, close to the great city of Glasgow. Great sized reception rooms, large bedrooms, beautiful hallway. We had plenty of room for a large group. Parking no problem at all. Overall really great value for a beautiful home. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Very warm room! The facilities are complete and the heating is hot. There are also many crystals and Musical Instruments in the room to help relax. I want to live here if I ever get the chance to go to Glasgow again!

Awesome flat near enough to all the attractions especially St James Square and lots of cafes, restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely brilliant. Superb location. Great communication and instructions. Very responsive and super helpful. We had 7 adults in our family group and there was loads of space and you literally walk out the door onto the royal mile.

Sue was extremely helpful, allowing us an earlier check in, the apartment was warm, spacious & super comfy! It had everything we needed & was great to relax in. The neighbourhood was peaceful & safe feeling. Quick bus ride of 10 mins to the city centre, would definitely 100% return when in Edinburgh- too easy!!!

We had a lovely time at Margaret's place, which is perfectly situated within walking distance of the main attractions in Edinburgh. The flat was much larger than we anticipated and felt very homey, will definitely stay here again when visiting Edinburgh! Only minor issue was the size of the garage - our car wouldn't fit - but there was visitors parking space that we could use.

Very nice place well situated in Edinburgh! Lots of nice restaurants around and not far from the city center and cool activities, even by foot. We enjoyed the apartment a lot, it was confortable and well decorated, with an authentic feel to it. Dora was very nice and gave us very useful informations to check-in and for the flat itself. Would definitely recommend!
