This place was beautiful, comfortable, serene, and beautiful inside and out. We did not want to leave and plan to stay here if it's available every time we're in town. The amenities are top tier, there were also seasonings! Great because I hate having to grab a lot of seasonings on vacations for the 1 to 2 meals I cook throughout the entire stay and the small amount of each I use. This place was made for comfort, we enjoyed the beanie chairs, massage chair, and projector! Great, caring, detailed, organized, and attentive hosts! Best stay ever!

Didn’t get the chance to stay here due to power outage but Jesse was super responsive and communicative.

My friends and I travel to Big Bear every year and this is by far the BEST AirBnB place that we have stayed at and wee been doing this for 12 years. . It's hard to please a large group of people and this place did not disappoint. Pictures do not do it justice. David was proactive and communication was great. There was nothing we were left without. Great location that was quiet and peaceful. The place was large for everyone to spread out or hang together. The master bedroom is insanely large and had a tub with jets. So many great details. We will most definitely be returning. Thanks David!!! Lots of great memories were made.

our group had a great stay! the heat worked great, jacuzzi was perfect after a long day of skiing, and my favorite part was that i was able to use the treadmill in the garage! we also accidentally locked ourselves out of the house saturday night (i’m used to always locking the bottom lock on my front door at home) and had to bother the hosts on a saturday night to help us back in - sorry again and thank you for helping us so quickly!! house is also in a great location, not too far from the mountain or the town.

We had the most incredible stay at Bel Air at Big Bear! From the moment we arrived, everything was so well-organized and thoughtfully set up, making our trip effortless and enjoyable. This home is truly perfect for families—our kids were having such a great time they didn’t even want to leave to go to snow play! The space itself is warm, inviting, and filled with everything you need for a relaxing mountain escape. The layout is ideal, offering both cozy communal areas and private spaces to unwind. One of the absolute highlights was the laser lights at night, illuminating the trees in the backyard—it felt like a magical winter wonderland. If you’re looking for a beautiful, family-friendly retreat in Big Bear, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a great stay with my husband and 6 children at Cassaundra and Charleen’s lovely home this past weekend and we fell in love! It was peaceful, beautiful and entertaining to say the least! There was plenty of board games to entertain all my kids in different age groups and the little arcade machine was addicting to be on😁 As soon as you walk in it smelled so clean and good and it felt so lively. Wonderful home and definitely would love to return for a longer time. Also, I loved how they had a play pen and high chair on stand by and I did not had to request, I get a little shy to ask for anything so I felt that was so thoughtful and helpful. The host were very attentive and welcoming and I knew if I really needed anything they would get on it right away. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this home more. Clean, beautiful, spacious and the host were amazing! 💕

This is our second time staying at this wonderful home and it did not disappoint. The place is exactly how we remember it - clean, comfortable and in a great location. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Stephen is an excellent host - responsive and friendly. What a perfect place to stay. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a nice Christmas dinner from the seasonings to the cooking essentials. The place was perfectly decorated with Christmas decorations which made it extra special for my small children. We brought our dogs along with us and the listing is beyond dog friendly with treats for your fur baby as well and a perfect yard for the dogs and entertaining. Also, the host was very responsive to my messages. Additionally, The listing accurately described the home.
