Perfect cottage to celebrate Christmas, located close to Heligan and the Eden Project. Outstanding views, close to the harbour and shops and amenities. We were warm and comfortable and appreciated the nautical decor. There were no problems with parking. The friendly attendant was amenable and sociable! A great experience in every way!

We were so lucky to find this at such short notice. Perfect location. (Turns out I came here 40 years ago with my parents). Very quiet and safe. Great for families and easy access to all the great beaches on the north coast. The lodge was virtually brand new and has everything you need for self catering. Everyone on the site was friendly. Nice play area and walks around the site especially with a toddler in tow. Highly recommend and we’ve already talked about coming back….. if they’ll have us. 😬

What can we say another wonderful stay and we will be back again this year! It’s home from home and so cosy and it’s just immaculate. So easy to get on the A30 and very central to get to places. It’s beautifully quiet and we just enjoy going back of an evening and being able to cook and relax in a cosy atmosphere. Do not hesitate to book it will be well worth it. What a great find! The Log Cabin was a perfect base for the pair of us exploring Devon. After busy days on the coast or in Dartmoor, it was great to BBQ in the big garden, watching evening fall and the swallows dart about. It’s compact but doesn’t feel like that owing to Belinda’s clever use of space and décor. The pictures are accurate. Whatever space you’re in feels spacious and even sumptuous. I could be in the kitchen happily doing my thing while my partner lounged in the pleasant living room. Belinda is a great host, very helpful, coming to our rescue several times. We look forward to returning.

Such a beautiful place with real attention to detail. Pictures don't do it justice! We were there for a chilly January weekend and the underfloor heating kept us very cosy. Located in a very tranquil valley with a huge garden, a quick drive to the beaches. Strong recommend!

Wonderful hosts, beautiful cottage with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely and clean and in a great location not too far to travel to get to lovely beaches and walks.

We visited the place over New Year's period. It is very quite place. The house is amazing and very clean. In great location to go sightseeing. We managed to use the pool which very clean. Highly recommend the place.

Just returned from a fabulous five night stay at The Barns. Our daughter was getting married in Totnes and we needed to find somewhere fairly close that was large enough to accommodate two families. The Barns were absolutely perfect for that. Ian was a great host and very responsive with any queries we had. We were very grateful for the welcome pack, especially after a long journey. Being incredibly lucky with sunny weather we were able to take advantage of the outside space and had a couple of lovely evenings eating at the table outside. All the amenities, space, bedrooms suited us all perfectly. Thank you Ian.
