Wonderful family stay at Elizabeth’s property. Amazing property with beautiful surroundings. We were celebrating a family members birthday and it very special and even managed to see the northern lights. St Andrews is a short drive away. The property was so homely and loved getting the fire on and going out for walks with the dogs. Thank you Elizabeth and Guy for a wonderful stay. Will definitely book to stay again

The house is in a great location- on the edge of the village, but very near the beautiful coastal area, beach and forest with stunning views across the firth. There is also a very nice cafe nearby called the Larick. The house was very clean and well set up, with lots of space and a nice, simple garden area. The kitchen is large and uncluttered. In my opinion the house would really suit a small family of 3 or 4. The living room is cosy, but between that and the kitchen, the bright conservatory room and the upstairs bedrooms there is enough space in the house. However the best thing about it is the location- great for walks and views and open space.

We found the house very clean and comfortable. excellent location, central to everything we needed. Nice welcome hamper.

We stayed at Andrea’s place for practical reasons as opposed to a holiday but would be great for either. It was a great for access to Dunfermline and Edinburgh. The area is residential, was lovely and quiet and felt really safe. The house was modern and spotless and had all we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Lovely property. Milk in the fridge when we arrived and fresh towels laid out with was a very thoughtful touch. Would stay again.

Great place if you’re looking to stay, we felt very at home and the house has everything you need! Very clean and lots of space, with lovely large garden. The host is so kind and always responsive. We enjoyed our trip here so much we extended our reservation. Perfect location just outside of Edinburgh so you can visit all the major areas around. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

We had an enjoyable weekend break in the Lookout at Pitmilly. Excellent standard of accommodation and facilities and a wonderful setting, convenient for exploring the Fife coast. Would highly recommend.

A very comfortable place to stay with a mixed family group for Christmas. Really close to the city centre and with excellent public transport facilities. The apartment had everything we needed for self-catering, and there was also easy access to local restaurants. Our hosts were very prompt and clear with their instructions.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful cottage surrounded by acres of woodland. The cottage was very cosy and warm with all the amenities you need. One of my favourite parts of the day was sitting by the kitchen door first thing in the morning watching the red squirrels and deer amongst the trees. Ashley the owner was lovely and very responsive to any queries we had. The cottage is located on the edge of Blairgowrie, given you great access to nearby towns and the beautiful Perthshire countryside. It’s also a perfect location to the south east Cairngorms. Would definitely return here and highly recommend this wonderful cottage.

Really enjoyed our short stay at Fay's place. Good communication throughout and the place is perfect for a quiet retreat with amazing views. Very well furnished and comfortable, everything you need for a few days exploring the local area.

Lovely old house, perfect place for extended family group to stay. The toys and the pool were loved by the children. Great for local rural walks and feels very much in the countryside despite being close to local towns.

It was lovely and had everything we needed. Laura made a point of checking in advance that the stairs wouldn't be an issue when informed young children would be in the group It was especially nice that it was warm when we arrived and the kitchen table was beautifully presented. We were supplied with a small selection of basics which were really appreciated after a long drive from West London . It was the perfect cosy cottage and everyone is in agreement that we would love to stay again. it worked out perfectly for us, enabling catch ups with family who live in Blairgowrie.

Sam’s place and support were perfect. Each of the rooms were inviting and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and showers very good. The whole setting was charming and the location central to the town.

We stayed in Alex’s place over Christmas, visiting family. We really enjoyed staying in the apartment, it was well equipped and very clean. The sunrise and sunset from the balcony were stunning and the location is ideal. Thoroughly recommend.

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

Fantastic stay in the cottage, really cosy with the log burner on a damp or cold evening after a day out exploring. Clean with every amenity needed for a few days away from the normal city life. The area was great and Chris and Megs black book had all the information needed . Thank you , hope to return again , highly recommend 👌🏻

Great place to stay in a beautiful and quiet location. Handy for St Andrews.

This is a beautiful cottage which is thoughtfully and comprehensively equipped. This applies to the modest kitchen and throughout the house and grounds. The garden is a haven of peace with bird feeders hosting a great variety of birds including tits robins and a lesser spotted woodpecker. On arrival we were impressed by the kind provision of sweets, fruit and other essentials. We recommend Eileen wholeheartedly.

Had a great wee escape, very peaceful and relaxing. Sharon was very helpful and greeted us on arrival, gave us recommendations on a nice restaurant down the road and also decorated the place for my mums birthday. The hot tub was amazing ☺️
