The house was private and kid-friendly. There was something to do for the whole family and we very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay here was truly amazing. We were in town for a family wedding which was fun but our stay at this beautiful oasis made it an even more memorable time. We loved all the various spaces available which provided ample space for all of our family (6 of us) to hang out together or just find a cozy space to read and relax. The home is very well appointed and stocked (kitchen supplies & equipment, toiletries, linens, towels) - everything you could think of needing was there. We were nervous about using the pizza oven but Louis and Tasha walked us through how to use it and our home made pizzas were a huge hit! The back yard was indeed a relaxing retreat with the waterfall and natural swim pond, including beautiful vegetation and flowers. The privacy of the space made you forget you were in the city! Our hosts definitely anticipated our every need. Pride of ownership was certainly evident. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Victoria!

The place was amazing it was even more stunning inside than the pictures! I love how unique every piece of decor was and each room giving a different vibe. It would be a great group getaway place to stay. I would absolutely recommend the stay

This unit is a great place to stay. Almost new so feels very welcoming and stylish yet comfortable. Lovely bedrooms, especially the primary which has a huge window with a fantastic water view. Bathrooms modern and functional. Beds very comfortable and linens and towels all fresh and nice. Liked having the bathroom downstairs as well for easy access and great laundry facilities. Good size balcony with a great bbq. The pool area is a great feature and we were fortunate with the September weather to get to use it. My husband also used the gym area a couple of times. Beach access isn't the best from this resort but you are a short walk or drive to the Provincial park access - 3 min drive. There are a couple of eating spots close by and a great spa experience just across the street. My hubby and I are already booked to go back next year!

We had a fabulous time with our kids at Andrew’s house, it’s situated in a lovely quiet setting with a balcony to take in the magical views of the beach. The house had everything we needed, to enjoy our stay. We had a short walk to the beach and lovely walk in the forest. All local shops within 5mins drive in Parksville and would also hugely recommend the Parksville community park for the kids to burn off energy. I would hugely recommend The Mount Arrowsmith Brewery for lunch , great service .

Nina's place is STUNNING. It was spacious, clean, had beautiful views, and was right by the mall and a short drive from Departure Bay. It was the perfect space for a family with everyone having spaces of togetherness and privacy. Would definitely return!

Amazing! A gorgeous house, perfect for visitors, with an amazing view and location. My family stayed for 5 nights for a winter getaway. The house is beautifully renovated. It is clean and not cluttered, but had absolutely everything we needed both in the kitchen and the rest of the house. There was lots of space for relaxing. We enjoyed playing bingo as a family, and my teenagers enjoyed hanging out in their room while the rest of us went to bed. We enjoyed the winter touches like a gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit, but also see how this would be a great place for summer. From the large windows, we saw tons of ducks, shore birds, but also eagles, harbor seals, and porpoises. We didn't use the big deck much with it being winter, but loved the easy access for walks on the beach. The house was in a convenient location for exploring the region. Georgina was a great host - easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I hope to be back one day!

We booked our stay very early since it was for our son’s Wedding. It had plenty of space for all the extended family to stay and gather before our activities for the day. The location was terrific for walking which our family loves to do. Loved that it was close to grocery stores and restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Seymour was responsive and check-in was a breeze. We felt right at home in the tidy house with spacious rooms. The labels around the house were helpful and unobtrusive. Great location for tourists, and nature lovers. Shopping, dining and a lovely coffeeshop near by. Comfortable beds and linens. This was definitely the best Air B&B I’ve stayed in and hope to stay here again each time I return to the island.

This house was very clean and well stocked with amenities. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. There was a great selection of games and books and things to do, even a climbing wall. The kitchen had all of the things you would need. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable. And the view was unbeatable. There was an information folder with all of the local things to check out. We were able to find a hidden waterfall on the beach because of this book. This is our second year in a row spending time as a family of adult children, and we would not hesitate to come back.

We had a fantastic stay - right on the ocean with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The jacuzzi overlooking the water was enjoyed by all. The kitchen is spectacular with everything you could need and the living area is very nice. The full wall of glass windows and sliders with the wrap-around deck was great. The heated floors were an unexpected, but welcome surprise!

Huge home with all the needed amenities for our stay! Was very pleased to find a little closet of kids puzzles and books as well. My kids loved the gems and rocks that were collected around the home. Wish there was a little space where we could have found it what some of them were and where they were collected!!

Very accommodating specially on our dates that we wanted to book she opened the date for us. She made us feel that the place is our house very homy we love the hot tub with the nature background🥰

The views were spectacular and the house was spotless and beautiful. Lots of space and beds for everyone, nice big dining table for family meals and the heated patio was amazing. We visited in November and enjoyed sitting out there and listening to the rain on the metal roof. We would definitely come back — everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! The hot tub was also a big hit.

Eagles Nest is one of the most gorgeous properties we've had the privilege of enjoying, and Line Marie is a perfect host. The years of love that Line + her family have put into Eagles Nest is evident in every detail: a home crafted of local cedar that brings the outside in with huge windows facing Active Pass, multiple outdoor sitting areas across the bluffs, gorgeous mosaic art, a perfect tree swing, a hot tub with views of the water + the best stargazing we've ever seen. Her kitchen is well-stocked with a range of fantastic spices + teas, plus a wide range of appliances that our cooking/baking family put to good use. Line provided great recommendations for hikes + places to explore. The property itself has plenty of trails, and she offered us tips about where to spot eagles, sea lions, whales, otters right outside her home. Line was generous with her time, but also gave us plenty of privacy. Thank you, Line. We're so grateful to you for sharing your magical home with our family.

Rebecca’s home is lovely and very comfortable. We immediately felt at home. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect for access to Ganges, hiking Mt Erskine, or going up or down island. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Rebecca’s communication is top notch and all instructions are very clear. Highly recommend!

What can I say.... this place is fantastic!! Our large group of 7 had ample rooms to sleep in, Matt and Kyrstle were responsive, welcoming and informative. The house is well appointed with everything you need, and was very organized. The location was perfect, quiet but close enough to great attractions. They are super hosts for a reason, this place and experience was super. Some of our guests also enquired about booking it for themselves another time. Fabulous stay all around.
