Cottage vacation rentals in Coupeville

This is a really special home. Exactly as pictured/described, right on a sandy beach with a huge level lawn (perfect for soccer, balls provided). The house was very well stocked and extremely clean (at one point we lost something in/under the couch and were shocked at how clean it was). It felt less like a vacation rental and more like staying at a friend's beloved beach house- in a good way. Dave and BJ live next door and were so kind and friendly but gave us plenty of privacy. This part of the bay has nice calm clear water. The road was quiet enough to walk on. There is a county park next door with a playground best for young kids.

Gabriel and Marybeth’s place was perfect for a relaxing weekend with a couple of my girlfriends. We enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the water, very well stocked kitchen, and comfortable living spaces. We thought about grabbing a cocktail at Skein & Tipple but ultimately enjoyed the Airbnb so much we never left for the weekend! My friends and I are already scheming a time to return. Highly recommend.

We had such a lovely time! It was the perfect house for cooking big family dinners, game nights, and cold plunging in the bay and dipping in the hot tub/sauna after was an amazing way to start the new year. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

We rented this place for a family get together after New Year’s and had such a great time! Lots of space in the house, had all the amenities, and of course, the views of the water right there. We had great time out watching the water for sea life (binoculars were there!). We brought our dog with us and there were so many thoughtful details for her (towels to brush off paws, couch covers, etc). One thing to note is that the main bedroom upstairs doesn’t have a door, so you could easily hear things in the kitchen downstairs. Not too big of a deal, just something to consider. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this place!

We had a magical time at Colin’s - visiting with old friends, enjoying the abundant bird life surrounding the house, relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, cooking memorable meals, and sleeping soundly each night. The home and location were perfect for us, and Colin was a generous host and a quick and easy communicator. We’d definitely return.

The cottage is very comfortable, peaceful and has a gorgeous view! We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, visiting the beaches and watching sunsets from the covered porch. The bed was especially comfortable and we slept great! Husband especially loved the turntable and awesome record collection! A word of caution if you have any mobility issues- there are several steps up to the front door from where you park on the street. We enjoyed our stay!

Bill's farm provided a welcoming and reasonably peaceful space for our recent visit to Whidbey. With few screens, little cellular coverage, and a well supplied woodstove, this property proved an excellent fit. Shawn shared helpful background about the property, as well as straightforward logistics for checking out. Our family is hoping to return soon! Thanks again!

This place was so lovely. We had a great time celebrating New Year's with our dogs. The beach is literally right off the back. Lots of bird and sea creature watching to be had out the huge windows. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. Loved the little touches like the dog toys and dog bed for our pups. We would stay here agin in a heartbeat!

Connie's place is the perfect place to go to unplug. Very quiet, easy to get to, cozy and still close to all the local things. The water is steps away and you can fall asleep to the waves crashing onto the beach. The mornings are wonderful to just sit in the living room with your coffee and watch the sun come up and the area wake up before heading out. Connie was very responsive and suggested places to eat in Anacortes. Highly recommend !

Such a cozy home with a beautiful view. We enjoyed watching a family of eagles land in the nearby trees & even got to see a seal playing in the water, all from the warmth of the living room. The island was sweet - the house is close enough to easily get groceries (and pizza) from the mainland & it was a fast trip to get some incredible panoramic views from Ft Flagler! We look forward to coming again when it’s warm out & paddling in the water!

Lovely weekend stay. Beautiful views. Clean cottage with lots of amenities. We prepared our lunch and dinners there and had everything we needed plus some! Also loved that we could bring our pup who also had a blast. I’d say our only minor complaint was that the area is only partially fenced so if she really wanted to she could have gone around the side and ran back up the driveway or straight up the steps to the main residence. Thankfully though our girl isn’t really a wanderer and listens pretty well, but i could see it potentially being an issue for others. Overall wonderful stay and we cant wait to come back!

We had a great stay. Mimi was very helpful and responsive. The house had a lot to offer for a family—fenced yard, chickens, fish, and even an outdoor shower. The beach was easy to access and it was a beautiful spot. Our kids especially loved feeding the deer!

We loved staying at Suzanne's place over our elopement in Port Townsend at a relative's house. It was a cozy getaway with beautiful views and kind hosts. Would recommend to anyone!

wow! Where to start? we've stayed at a lot of Airbnb's over the years and this was by far one of our favorites! The location was absolutely gorgeous and so perfect. Watching the sunrise in the morning, walking the private beach, listening to the waves, watching for orcas and otters and bald eagles... just so much to love about this cottage. The weather was a tad cold (as expected in January!) so we didn't utilize the porch as much as we would have liked, but I could definitely imagine spending a day on the porch just soaking it all in. The inside of the cottage was just as perfect. It was incredibly sparkly clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals and it was all in great condition! We would absolutely love to return and I've already recommended this place to a couple friends that are in need of a beautiful getaway as well. Thank you so much for sharing this perfect cottage with us!

Another magical stay at the Fox Spit cabin! This is the third visit for our family of four. We enjoy this cozy location, with beautiful views and easy beach access. Whales frequent the waters and this time we saw a grey whale! Quick drive into Langley for shopping and restaurants. The cabin is squeaky clean and really comfortable. We enjoyed getting cozy by the fireplace and playing board games at the dining room table. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hope to come back again, thank you!

This small home has been lovingly restored and cared for. The attention to detail, high quality furnishings, and site-specific decor elevate it to a work of art. The site is elevated just a couple dozen feet above sea level, and the position of the window and deck gives you the best possible view of land, water and sky.

We had a great stay at Matt's place on Whidbey. Beautiful view, and we even had a couple bald eagles visit in the trees right off the deck! Loved staying here and would recommend highly.

The Camano Cottage was perfect! Clean and peaceful with a beautiful view. Well appointed little cottage was perfect for our visit to Camano. Danielle was friendly and very responsive. We would recommend the cottage and would be happy to stay there again.

Marrowstone Cottage was absolutely perfect. I was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a peaceful weekend away. Kristy was wonderful about communicating and instructions for the cabin were very clear. We really appreciated the delicious wine and cookies that were an unexpected treat! I would highly recommend Marrowstone Cottage to anyone looking for a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
