Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Cotton Tree, Maroochydore

Perfect location in a quiet complex, only across the street from Sunshine Plaza and a few minutes walk from Ocean Street. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity and a short walk from the beach. The apartment itself was super clean, very nicely decorated and came with an enormous balcony. The pool and BBQ were free to use and the carpark was easy to find. I will definitely book this property for my next trip to the coast.

Beautiful apartment and everything there you need. Great location in terms of shops, beach and surf club. Wasn’t a huge fan of the pool as had a couple of windy days and even though it was heated, with it being under cover, it was cold with no sun and super windy. Having said that, it was super clean around the pool and even though the pool was cloudy, they were very efficient in communicating to get this rectified. The apartments were mainly Residential, considering its peak season, we didnt meet anyone else holidaying, everyone we spoke to lived there. Had a wonderful and relaxing stay. If your looking for a spacious, modern, immaculate apartment, this is it!

Lovely apartment in a great location. The pool, gym and sauna facilities were the cherry on the top of Michelle’s lovely, well located and equipped apartment!

She was just so lovely and easy to deal with. the space was so comfortable and relaxing. the amenities were beautiful. We did sunrise and sunset Beach walks. beautiful views even with alittle rain. We will be back.

We had the best time at Melanie’s beautiful home. For our young family, it was located within walking distance to everything we needed. Melanie was a fantastic host and we would love to return in the future!

We enjoyed a lovely holiday in Willow & Steve's apartment and we truly couldn't ask for more. It was very homely and comfortable, with plenty of space. Everything is within walking distance and the outdoor facilities were a real treat. Willow & Steve are very thoughtful hosts, even going to the extra trouble of providing a beautiful fruit platter and chocolates. We had a very special experience and look forward to staying again.

Not used to the humidity in Qld it was a pleasant relief to stay in the cool aircon and beautifully appointed apartment. We had fabulous views of the ocean and we could walk or drive easily to wherever we wanted to go. The apartment was cool and spacious a little taste of luxury with a hospitable and a responsive host. We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

Merrin was delightful and a joy to stay with. The place is an absolute gem, overflowing with natural light and in a wonderful location with everything walking distance including supermarket and live-music bars. I highly recommend Merrin and this beautiful Maroochydore home :)

Fantastic location and views from the deck. The resort staff are very accommodating. There are lots of activities available including electric bikes and scooters, tennis court, kayaks etc. We would definitely stay again.

Noeline is a wonderful person and host who goes out of her way to make you feel very comfortable in her lovely apartment. The apartment is modern, clean and very comfortable. The guest room is very bright and also has gorgeous linen, a comfortable bed and is well equipped with great air-con and an overhead fan. You get your own clean bathroom with a double-shower with fluffy towels etc. The complex is also lovely and has ample parking and a great pool. I can understand why Noeline is now a super-host - very well deserved and I highly recommend staying at Noeline's property.

We had a family break here and everyone had a great time. Lots of room for the 9 of us with lots of separate areas large and small to relax. Everyone got to enjoy kayaking and swimming in the pools and ocean. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Thank you for sharing your lovely home

We stayed at Michael’s with family from out of state. Huge house, plenty of bedrooms and activities to do. The pool table and poker table were a hit. Michael is very responsive and nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend a larger lounge upstairs and larger or second dining table to accommodate larger groups. But we made it work and enjoyed eating outside at the outdoor table. All in all, a great stay. Thanks Michael.

Hello Bex, thank you for hosting us during the holidays. Check in was easy and house was small but very cozy, just right for the our two small families. House was clean and comfortable. We felt, we could have felt a bit welcoming with a starter pack of milk or some breakfast items, given we checked in on a public holiday. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the great collection of games you kindly shared.

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful home, The Boardwalk is one of the hidden treasure spots on the Sunshine Coast :)

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Twin Waters. The resort complex lived up to all expectations notably with the regular appearance of pretty chilled kangaroos. Visited the local cafe/dining recommendations and they were excellent.

Jenny was very responsive in her communication. Home was well stocked with everyday items. Kids (and adults) had lots of fun in the pool

Beautiful garden with lovely outdoor setting, big enough for all guests. Jetty that the fisher-people loved! House was comfortable for the 9 people we had staying. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and wine glasses. Working BBQ and pool table was fun. 15 minute walk to the beach.
