Vacation rentals with beach access in Côte de Jade

We had a great weekend at Laurent's place with our 2-year-old son. The beach is a few meters walk away, you can hear it from the garden it's really very pleasant. the accommodation is functional and well-equipped. the environment is quiet and very pleasant. Laurent is responsive and friendly. We'll be back!

The description of the apartment indicated in the listing is exactly what it is in reality. Facing the sea ( being closer is impossible!), comfortable and well heated (we were there for four days for New Year's Eve) with an accessible owner very easily reachable by phone to adjust it remotely. On the other hand, the kitchen/dining area is very nice and the equipment is easy to use. The bedding in the room is quality, the duvets are in number, the cushions of very good quality...In short, nothing to say except that I highly recommend this apartment....

Very pleasant stay in the duplex of Maëva and Cyrille who are attentive and responsive hosts (quick response and very attentive). The accommodation is very cozy, tastefully decorated and really very charming to stay with your partner 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 The kitchen is fully-equipped. 👍Nothing is missing. Delphine's house is a very nice house, very comfortable and warm. We felt really nice there. Delphine is a lovely host, very accommodating and very responsive. Although our stay was very short, we had a really lovely time there. We treasure this address for a longer stay.

Very clean accommodation, spacious and suitable for children, great location close to all amenities, Audrey adapted to our late arrival, it is nevertheless missing basics in the kitchen (salt, sugar...).

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Patricia's apartment. The accommodation is well arranged and above all very well located, 2 steps from the beach and restaurants. No need to take the car, everything is next door. Patricia is very friendly and available even remotely.

We had a great time in St Jean de Monts. Emilie and Yorick's place is nice, functional and comfortable and quiet with very easy beach access. It is also to be well located and makes it easy to visit the Vendee.
