Vacation rentals with beach access in Costa Verde

We had a wonderful time, the apartment It was very clean and tidy, it had everything. Iñaki was always attentive in case we needed anything, his recommendations were very good and above all the welcome kit with local products and the thoughtful touch for the little one, everything was super good! And Lastres is a charming little town, we'll be back for sure.

Our stay was perfect; amazing location near the sea, very spacious and clean apartment, and Jose was super attentive and kind. It was a family trip that we will definitely repeat soon! :)

Highly recommended. The apartment is comfortable, clean and nice. The location is perfect, very close to downtown. Alba is very friendly and is very attentive to everything we might need, recommendations, questions, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent five days in this beautiful house, it's the same as the photos. There are no tricks. It's a small house, close to everything you need. Being in Suances, you have a lot of places to visit nearby, Santillana del Mar, San Vicente de la Barquera, Comillas... It has a garage at no extra cost, with direct access to the house. The house is clean and tidy. It has everything you need. Kitchenware. Sheets, towels, a hair dryer, and America even leaves you some basic food items like milk, turkey, cheese, coffee, fruit. (I've never seen this before) It's a GREAT touch. So when you arrive, the first thing you have to do is go enjoy yourself, not go shopping! America is available for whatever you need and gives you recommendations on everything you can visit and where to eat or dine! I would definitely go back. It was a very wise choice. The price was within the stipulated range compared to the rest. If you're not sure which one to choose, choose America.

Excellent experience in this apartment. I stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The host is exceptional, very kind, helpful and always attentive to meeting our needs. He made an effort to make us feel at home and his support was invaluable during our stay. The apartment has a privileged location just a few steps from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants, near the center of Gijon, well connected to public transport, on a quiet street, without annoying noises In addition, the apartment is cozy, very clean and well-equipped. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy place for their trip. Many thanks to the host for their hospitality!

We had a great 3 nights stay in Aninna's apartment. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the super view. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but only a short walk into town. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and we would not hesitate to book here again. A great Airbnb experience and good value for money.

An impeccable house, very comfortable for the 5 people we were and probably for a sixth as well. As a detail, it had a lot of tableware and also tablets for dishwasher, which we greatly appreciated. Very comfortable beds and a well-kept garden for breakfast or lunch. The helpful hosts at all times and very kind hosts.

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.
