Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Costa Verde

The House is very spacious and has a nice garden and veranda! We really enjoyed the tennis courts (there were even rackets to use) and the beach is super close! Restaurants and supermarkets are just a few minutes by car and the house has a parking spot. The communication was very easy via whats app. The kitchen and the bathroom are a little wonky but we found everything we needed. The two bedrooms are nice and the mattresses are quite firm (for some people it might matter).

Great experience. We were in four adults and two children and we were comfortable, well-maintained garden with all the comforts (grill, outdoor shower and sun loungers). Clean and spacious apartment, about a quarter of an hour from all the beaches around Villasimius. Lisa was very helpful and caring, she gave us great advice and took care of how our stay was going. Highly recommended

Beautiful structure in the heart of the Marmilla, great for relaxing and having fun with friends or family. Very close to pizzerias, restaurants and leisure centers for the whole family. Beautiful and very usable pool immersed in a beautiful large garden, well equipped for convivial moments in absolute privacy and tranquility. Excellent welcome from Stefano, always available for any need.

Beautiful property in the countryside. You can tell Raffaela puts a lot of effort into curating the space so that it is very liveable. Location is great, close to many beautiful beaches, and some nice restaurants.

Sabrina's place is very nice, clean and modernly furnished. You are right in nature, next door a few cute donkeys. Sabrina is very nice and also sent us recommendations for the area. The wifi worked perfectly and everything else was great. Super equipped kitchen, cozy bed and a nice patio. We even had fresh fruit, a few snacks and drinks to welcome you.

We had a great time. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to say quite honestly if we hadn't been there with friends who lived in the villa, some of it would have been a bit difficult. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface that makes it very difficult to cook. But that was no problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. There are other cottages on the premises and there is a kiosk and another pool(which is fantastic), but day guests also come to the property. It's all just a heads up. We had a great stay despite everything.

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful landscape and manicured garden. The rooms are very clean and fragrant, the accommodation is equipped with all the comforts , it is also in a strategic position that allows you to visit the most beautiful beaches a few kilometers from each other. Valentina is a very kind host, she has provided us with a lot of information to visit places of interest nearby. Self check-in was very much appreciated. Thanks Valentina! Strictly recommended.

Marta is a kind, responsive and flexible host. She made our vacation one of our favouries! The rooms are furnished well, and spare blankets and pillows are provided. The terrace was a great place to eat and/or gaze at the stars. There are many great cafés nearby the apartment. We recommend eating Sardegna's unique dessert at Saseada, and Leada is a lovely cafe with a relaxing atmosphere. Marta's apartment is set in a calm, beatiful place. We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of details. The kitchen was equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) which was very convenient. Marina is a very friendly and proactive host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Absolutely spotless apartment in the quiet part of town. Lots of parking and plenty of space and A 20 minute walk into town along the beach. Serves as a great spot to explore the local area. Flor had great communication and offered us plenty of local recommendations.

The stay was great - top equipped apartment in a quiet area with wonderful sea views. By car, they are easy to reach beautiful beaches on the south coast as well as restaurants and supermarkets, etc. Communication was excellent and the hostess is very nice, flexible and warm. Nicola, the homeowner was extremely friendly and always helpful. always reachable. check in / out Total hassle free. The flat is very quiet, nice and spacious. Parking in front of the door. The location is great for exploring sightseeing is great. Ideal for hikes and flamingos observation. Cagliari,very nice city, only 20 min. by car. Great beaches nearby.

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very quiet location, perfect for exploring the island. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, perfect for cooking extensively. At the end of October, even the pool could still be used. We highly recommend the apartment Allen.
