Charming idyllic sea view house

La Aldea is a fully equipped self-catering house which sleeps 4 people and it's situated in an exclusive area of Punta de la Mona in La Herradura. It's made up of a quaint little cul-de-sacs, with narrow, slightly steep roads leading to each unique house and surrounded by colourful flora. It's these things which give it it's name, "Punta de la Mona" (Point of Beauty). The area is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing with friendly neighbours. La Aldea is a little paradise and a chance for escapism.

Why choose Nerja for your holliday Geographically , you cannot wish for a better location. Nerja is located at the mouth of the Chillar river and is nestled between the Mediternean and the Sierras de Tejeda mountains both clearly seen from the house. Advocado and mango are grown in this amazing climate, sometimes referred to as Europe´s best. The house is situated that you are close to the beach, shopping and town center. You still have a very quiet surrounding to secure a good nights sleep.

Come and relax at Casa de las Aves, the House of the Birds, a comfortable and peaceful lakeside country house where more than 80 species of birds have been seen. Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

It is a 4 floor property with a living room and fireplace, 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single bed, both with wonderful views of the mountains. There are several hiking routes from the village and free public parking within approximately 4 minutes walk.

This stylish and super spacious holiday villa (300m2) has an excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to the port of Caleta de Vélez where you can rent a boat or book a catamaran boat trip to watch dolfins! Also the beach and (super)market are within a 10 minute walk from the house. You can use the villa as 2 separate apartments, for example when you visit with 2 families. Both floors have their own kitchen, bathroom(s) and entrance!
