A thoroughly cozy and lovely place. Lots of personal charm and history. Everything you needed and more was available. Very welcoming, informative and hospitable host. Perfectly located for exploring the southern Dolomites or enjoying the tranquility and nature of the house. Exciting house to explore. Close distance to good shopping, shops, and restaurants. Have the greatest desire to come back - can only be recommended.

Silvana responded quickly to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake on the evening of our arrival. Quiet location and ideal for us who wanted to ski. A secure location is provided for storing skis. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories to prepare your meals. The pots are of excellent quality, please take care of them. Regarding the billing for hot water and heating, it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). Super location suitable for groups because it is isolated and has large outdoor spaces that allow activities (soccer, volleyball, tennis, bocce) or relaxation (sun terrace, hot tub, sauna both inside and outside the house). Several hiking excursions of varying levels also start from the area. Essential services (bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher) are just minutes away by car (no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. Patrizia and her husband are really friendly and helpful. The chalet, nestled in the Dolomites, is a real slice of paradise where you can relax and enjoy the silence that the surrounding space imposes.

Hello, here’s your translation: “The house is very spacious and functional. The large dining room is a great space for big families and friends. With 5 bedrooms, 3 families stayed very comfortably. We reached the city center, restaurant & shopping in 5 minutes by walking. It is recommended to arrive by car for access to the different towns and ski fanicular.”

Second time staying at Giovanna’s airbnb, but another chalet. Breathtaking location, in the heart of Dolomiti. You can spend weeks just staring at these magnificent mountains. The chalet 426 is situated remotely on the hill, where the Ex-Villaggio Eni is built. Beautiful place from famous architects. House is very well thought and it is amazing to be able to stay inside of this 60s chalet. We truly come for this kind of experience. You would need a car to get around for sure. Chalet definitely has a patina as well as usage signs but this is part of the deal. It has been around for quite some time. It could use some love here and there to have the sparkle back. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Bedrooms are provided with crisp sheets, pillows are very comfortable yet mattresses are quite soft for our taste. We would come back for sure! Wonderful chalet, was incredibly clean, very luxurious throughout, we had a wonderful 2 nights stay, highly recommend for anyone visiting the Dolomites. Claudine was a great host, we hope to come back sometime.

A great rustic house with enough space for 8 people and dog. We felt very comfortable. Everything went smoothly and without problems from booking to arrival and departure. The landlord is very caring. There's everything from bed linen to salt shakers in the house. Direct location on the slopes, great. Recommended for a family holiday in the snow, even for non-skiers. We will be happy to come back !

You will be welcomed very friendly with drinks and a small refreshment on the terrace at check-in. We felt immediately comfortable . In the pictures it looked good but in live, simply indescribable, beautiful views and great amenities. We had a very nice few days with perfect weather and will definitely be back .

We love this place! The rooms are spacious and clean, the sauna and whirlpool were definitely a bonus for our tired bodies after a long day of activities in the beautiful surrounding areas. We woke up to the breath-taking view every morning, it was one of the most memorable places we have ever been to. Thank you for being such great hosts Ilaria&Alex!

Great location to see the area! Can walk into town and to trails. Nice to have a house to cook in instead of going out.

It was great. My family and I stayed for almost a week. I highly recommend it. The ski area is a short drive away.
