A beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, this was a perfect base for my group. My only note is that the photo reel includes a room with two twin beds, when in reality the four bedrooms each had a one bed. That must be an old photo, but the information binder in the house says there is a pullout bed in the living room, so that explains how you’d fit 10 people. Other than that confusion, everything was great.

A spacious bedroom features a king bed with crisp white linens, a twin chaise positioned nearby, and warm wooden flooring. Natural light fills the room through several small windows adorned with wooden slats, while soft light fixtures provide additional illumination.

The neighborhood is very quiet. The house furnishing were good, however my husband and I sleep on a king bed so the bed a little narrow for us. We had trouble accessing tv channels, we are familiar with streaming tv. Written instructions would have been helpful. Otherwise our stay was delightful. We will go back sometime.

Affordable Elegance - Mountain View for Six People

My parents, the dogs, and I stayed at Tina’s place over Thanksgiving and it was a perfect fit for our trip. The house was in a really convenient location, well maintained and comfortable, with all the extras (linens, pillows, kitchen supplies) you want but don’t often find. And, the backyard was excellent for the dogs. With Tina’s place as a cozy home away from home, we enjoyed everything we love about Albuquerque that we love so much. You are walkable to a trail along the arroyo and a very short car ride to to the mountain trails, delicious restaurants, and the grocery store, and about 20 minutes from Old Town, Nob Hill, and just about anything else Albuquerque had to offer. As well as about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. The house was quiet and the neighborhood felt extremely safe. Tina gave great instructions, was wonderfully responsive, and very kind. We would absolutely stay at this house or try one of Tina’s other properties on a future trip.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cloudview townhouse. It is super easy to get to the house from Tramway Blvd and check in was among the most hassle-free of any places I've stayed. Parking was easy - we didn't even use the garage because the driveway was so convenient. The house was comfortable and pleasant and the neighborhood is quiet. I loved the skylights and high windows that let in the morning light. Bo was very easy to communicate with and the whole process went very smoothly.

The home is very comfortable and the yard is great. It is very thoughtfully decorated as well. I had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. Extra perks were televisions in the bedrooms and access to enter through the garage. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Very clean place, the yard is huge and fully fenced. The area is ok but pro is we were able to use the garage to park. We were there for one night but it was super quiet :)

Shannon was very responsive to my questions and requests. When mentioned that the kitchen could use a large non-scratch spoon to use with the non-stick pots she immediately ordered a complete set of non-stick utensils and had them delivered the very next day.

This was easily the most comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb I've stayed in. Eden was proactive and gave extremely clear instructions. Check-in was seamless, and the place itself was great. Spotlessly clean, with uodated appliances, furniture, and bathroom fixtures. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were high quality. It was also equipped with absolutely everything one could need, right down to extra tissues and an oven thermometer. Eden did not miss any details. It was a convenient, safe, and quiet location. We had a great time hiking in the Sandia wilderness and taking the tram up the mountain, all about 15 minutes away from the place. I would absolutely stay here again.

Marie’s place was greatly located in the middle of everything. The place itself was really nicely done and in excellent condition. Marie was super responsive and communicative, and provided clear instructions. I would definitely come back!

Gary's place is lovely with beautiful rugs, furniture and bedding. The kitchen has all the essentials as does the bathroom. It's a great neighborhood with beautiful mountain and city views. Hiking trails are nearby and there are walking and running trails too.

Riverfront Estate Owners Suite

My family of seven had a great stay at Roberto's place. He was friendly and attentive to any questions we had. Roberto recommended activities for us to do in Albuquerque that I appreciated very much. The suite was spacious and had all the basics we needed for our two night stay. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe the whole time we were there. It was overall a pleasant experience.

Perfect cozy cabin among the trees. Beautiful hikes and drives within minutes! Very responsive and friendly hosts. There was a great DVD, book, and game collection which is nice to have in a cabin when you just want some down time. Kitchen was really well equipped which I was a little worrried about because of another review noting it was not for cooking gourmet meals. We had plenty of towels and linens which is usually something hosts skimp on. Thoughtful touches like USB plugs next to the bed and luggage racks were appreciated. Water pressure was impressive. Master mattress was a dream to sleep on.
