Clare was super responsive from the moment we booked our stay . The thoughtful wine and toy for our pet dog made us feel v welcome . She had a lot of lovely local recommendations to share and her home was warm and inviting. We enjoyed our stay . The location and proximity to the beach is a big plus especially for pet parents.

We had an unforgettable stay at Anna's beautiful double-story home. The house is modern, squeaky clean, and completely free of clutter, which made it feel so inviting and comfortable. Everything was pristine, and the attention to detail was impressive. The beach is right nearby, and such a short walk! The location is ideal for beach lovers looking to enjoy a relaxing coastal getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful accommodation. The property was absolutely pristine, with every detail thoughtfully considered. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by Genina, who was incredibly friendly and provided us with fantastic recommendations for local activities and dining. We also loved the thoughtful welcome pack, which included wine, beer, and chocolates (which the kids couldn't get enough of 😂). The location is unbeatable - waterfront with direct access to the lake, and a nearby beach and jetty just a short walk away. The outdoor space was perfect for our family, with plenty of grass to play cricket and let the kids run around. The deck was a true highlight, offering a peaceful spot to relax with a glass of wine, read a book, or enjoy a family dinner while taking in the stunning views. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Whale Tail! The property was in great condition and you can tell the hosts have worked hard to make a variety of facilities available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. the location was great and easily walkable to town, the Marina and Little Beach

Amazing, well-appointed property/houses in an amazing location. A great amount of spaces for gatherings with a few family units to get together but not be on top of each other. The short walk to such a beautiful and kid friendly beach was fantastic. It’s also a beautiful walk along the bay into The Marina right from the front door. Could not ask for a better location or property for a big booking.

Lovely home, with an amazing vintage style feel to it. Walked inside and instantly felt homely. Was a great experience for my 63yr old mother, as she has lived in a similar style home 50yrs earlier a few street's over in Wolf street. Great location and easily accessibility to restaurants and beach

Beautiful setting right in front of the water with cool breezes all day long. Great for taking long strolls along the water. Just the break we needed from our busy lives. The studio is great, sweetly furnished with a comfortable bed and a great view of the back garden and bay. Recommend it to anyone looking to unplug and enjoy the sounds of nature.

The home has a great layout for our family. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the deck! The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer worked great. Close to the beach for our morning walks. We would recommend the coffee shop and the store where you can take away some great pasta for dinner.

Jordan’s place was perfect and we felt right at home immediately. The house was super clean, beds were comfy and towels were soft. The overall house was light and very roomy and we had a really great time. The kids loved the pool especially. The area is very peaceful and the beach is pristine and only a few mins down the road. Morning beach swims were such a nice way to start the day. Jordan was a really great host and all instructions were very helpful, responsive and clear. Thanks for a great stay. Im sure we’ll return.

It felt like home as soon as you walked inside. The spa was a great addition to the stay with modern design bathrooms and a dual shower head to go with it. Felt spacious and was very convenient to the shopping centres and the sites to see around the Port Stephen’s area. The Airbnb was hosted by the lovely Marie and we couldn’t thank her enough for her communication and commitment to ensure we had a good stay. We will definitely be back again!

Swell at Anna Bay is the perfect location for a beach holiday. Driving distance to near by beaches, restaurants, cafes and towns is minimal and the house was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend. Jaymie was also excellent at communicating expectations and sharing insights and tips about the house and local area. The welcome platter and coffee beans was very much appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay at the still. The most beautiful house and pool area, plenty of room for two families to coexist with time together and apart. Excellent supply of baby needs, two cots, high chair and a surprise mini toy room our kids loved it! Wish a short walk into town and the beach, walk to wreck beach a must, so private and beautiful spot. Cannot wait to come back again!

A lovely big house, with various places to eat and relax. With lots of people you can also have enough space, so not on top of each other. Sabina responded quickly to enquiries. One tv wasn’t working, Sabina suggested ways to get it working. Hopefully this will be resolved for next guests. Close walk to beach and surf club. Great place to stay.

Our family of five stayed at Kim’s place over Christmas while visiting family in Newcastle. We were really impressed by the bedroom space we had to spread out in and the thoughtful items left in the house for us to use. The fabulous location and pool also just added to our easy stay. Thank you for the great communication and kindness to let us stay a couple of extra hours. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely house. Good condition. Spacious living area enhanced by a very comfortable outdoor decking area. Bedrooms well separated from one another. Kitchen particularly well equiped with a stand out coffee machine (better than local cafes). Five minutes walk from main beach / cafes. Deb and Rory responsive to all enquiries. Really nothing to complain about and exactly as shown in photographs.

The Bianco on Shoal is absolutely stunning and so relaxing! From the beautiful furnishings and thoughtful welcome gifts right down to the private plunge pool and peaceful outdoor area. The house was perfect for what we needed and so close to the bay for a morning dip or coffee.

Great house - well equipped and comfortable in a great location close shops, coffee shop and tavern. We enjoyed our stay with the kids especially with the big backyard and the outdoor games to play with. We also loved having the coffee shop next door. Thank you Nyoman
