Beachfront vacation rentals in Corindi Beach

I had a wonderful 4-day stay in Sawtell with my mum and dog at this beautiful place. Lyn was an outstanding host—polite, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful. The whole process was smooth. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The attention to detail was fantastic, from the cosy furnishings to the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was ideal, close to the cafes of Sawtell and stunning beaches where we could take walks with our dog. The property was super pet-friendly, which was a relief. My dog felt as comfortable as we did, and it was great to find a place that truly accommodates pets so thoughtfully. We appreciated the added peace of mind with the security cameras at the car park in the back. The friendly neighbours added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the area.

Easy check in, gated and fenced as described so perfect for our pooch. A hot shower to wash off after the beach and epic beach frontage. A cute timber bench to sit on up on the dune front to watch the sunrise with a coffee. Plenty of space, seating and living areas. We adored the three living spaces and how much lounging was available. We lazed, read, napped and felt so relaxed there! We had two days of wild wind and weather and the washing machine/dryer was so handy. The downstairs is quirky and we found it hard to get fresh air with the bedroom windows facing the ocean as sand and wind blew straight in and they felt a little musty. But it all adds to the rustic beach house feel and stay! Lovely bathrooms and very functional kitchen, with the most amazing view. I even baked a cake while there just to hang in that spot a little longer! Loved our stay and grateful to be hosted by Sally, she made check in and the whole process and breeze.

The house was very well stocked with food staples, spare linen, and kitchen appliances. One of the first AirBnBs in a while that was spotlessly clean. Good location. A very comfortable house to stay in. Even though the main bathroom is the original, it was clean and functional.

We had a fantastic stay at Olivia’s place. Great spot just a few mins walk to the beach. The kitchen was super well decked out which was awesome. Would say it’s a much bigger house than the photo show! Plenty of room for everyone

The house was exactly as described. If the simple things are what you value, and you don't need a TV that takes up a whole wall, then this is the place. Marianne is a clear and helpful communicator, and clearly does not have a soft spot for Ikea.

Louise was a great host - no fuss, helpful and communicative; the breakfast goodies and pantry staples were much appreciated after a long drive. The studio itself was excellent- plenty of space, comfy bed, good kitchen and nice bathroom. The resort is very quiet and the onsite Thai restaurant was excellent.

The apartment was close to all of Sawtel's amenities, beach and restaurants.

Nikita's place is an absolute gem, and we would highly recommend it as a place to go and relax as it feels like home without the "to do" list. The location is perfect, and Nikita has taken the time to ensure every detail is in place so you can relax and unwind. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay. The Beach Hut was well located to local attractions, yet peaceful and private within a resort setting. The beds were super comfortable and the host had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Thanks again!

The townhouse is located in a larger resort, the Aanuka Resort. The townhouse itself was clean and comfortable, with all modern amenities. The beds were absolutely divine, like sleeping on a cloud! The hosts, Kelly and Penny, were responsive and proactive and always on hand to answer questions and help us out when needed. They provided lots of snacks and ice creams, which was wonderful. The resort has 2 open pools, one with a waterslide, which is great for the kids. There is also a restaurant on site which is handy when you don't feel like going out. The location is excellent to get around, located about 5mins from the Big Banana and walking distance to the beach. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely time staying at this diggers beach home. More impressive than the photos- they don’t do it justice. It is located near a beautiful beach and the newly renovated Aanuka resort, which was where we had lunch or dinner most days because the vibe and food were great and the staff friendly. John and Jane were great hosts making sure that any questions were answered. Hoping to come back next year.

The house was lovely, spotlessly clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us. So close to everything (beach, shops, restaurants), didn’t have se the car at all. Lachlan was also great and accommodating.

We spent a lovely week at Victoria’s place and really enjoyed ourselves. The townhouse is private & very spacious. At our maximum, we had 8 people staying and still felt like there was room for everyone. Instructions were clear & there is a booklet provided on arrival which clarifies any further questions & provides some good recommendations. Couldn’t be closer to the beach or Sawtell town. We had elderly grandparents with us and found the townhouse to be very walkable for them to local restaurants and well equipped. A fantastic stay

Spacious townhouse close to the beach, great restaurants and cafes. Grace gave detailed instructions for gaining access to the property and its location in Sawtell. All emails were responded to very quickly which was great. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come back and next time stay longer as there is so much to do in Sawtell and the surrounding areas.

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to stay again soon. The home is perfect for families and was very comfortable for 2 families staying together. The house is only meters from the beach with really easy beach access and we fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves every night. Kitchen was well stocked, but bring your own knives if you want to cook anything

If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable home with a 50m access to a pristine beach, where you can walk for a couple of km’s, surf, swim or fish, then this is the place to be. It’s a quiet seaside village that has all the “city” facilities within a 20min drive. Or maybe you just want to fall asleep listening to the waves. Simon was very responsive and even noticed our expensive bikes on the verandah and allowed us to put them inside overnight. Kitchen had everything we looked for and place was spotless. A lovely stay with our 4 adult kids. Thanks Simon and Val.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. We could walk to the beach and all the local amenities, the 3 kids had a great time and want to stay there again.
