The stay was wonderful! Mario always very helpful and kind. The location is great less than 5 mints from the beach. The flat corresponds to the photos, everything new ,clean and organized! Super indico and I will definitely come back other times ☺️

New place to stay

NewTime 1018 | Sea view of Pajuçara

Of the 7 times I have been to Maceió, this was certainly the best stay. The accommodation is very comfortable, has an amazing view and has the necessary accessories for a short stay. For whom, as I care about the quality of the bed, this accommodation is very good, really good. I was passionate about the structure of the building, the roof is breathtaking, the staff are super helpful and friendly, and hosts know how to receive and are very responsible. Thanks again for staying.

The apartment is excellent, as described. The truth is, it was a very good experience. Everything worked correctly. It has air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, and it's very quiet and safe. Highly recommended!!!

Sergio is an excellent host, always available and with good recommendations. The apartment is much better than the photos, large and spacious. We used all the facilities and felt very comfortable. The location is perfect, we used a car and the parking was very useful, but even walking you are close to everything you need for your stay, which was amazing.

It was all perfect! Very nice apartment, ample space, we were in 6 people and it was all as expected. The only issue we found was a leak in the bathroom, which we informed the host and was quickly resolved. Other than that, it was all above expectation, extremely fair value for what it offers.

Attentive Host. Property well located, easy access, in a quiet place, great for family. Next to Praia do Francês, Barra de São Miguel and Maceió. An excellent option for those who do not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Maceió but be very close. I will certainly return! I recommend it.

Full apartment, very comfortable. The condominio has a beautiful view!! is well worth it!!! The hostess is extremely solicitous and responds very quickly. I recommend 1000x and would definitely come back.

i have stayed on many Airbnb in Brazil, and many hotels around the world. never feel so at peace, in a house so simple yet full of love, and full of God. speaking of the house itself. spacious, great for a group, well located, the hostess, this one I cannot but emphasize , an unusual woman, a person with a soul full of light , flexible, an example of how to receive and serve people!!! thank God for everything , I indicate the house too much, for everything that hides behind this great value ! and that's it!

We adore the apartment and everything that the building offered, a beautiful pool with a panoramic view, everything very clean, the readiness of the building's staff when requested. The apartment is great has everything we need, everything very beautiful, comfortable bed, the very good showers. Near bakery, market, pharmacy and several restaurants and close to the waterfront. We would definitely return, highly recommend!!!

The experience was very satisfying. José is a great host and was fully available to resolve any situation that was possible. We stayed well accommodated, the flat is very complete, it met all our expectations and the best, exactly in front of the beach of Pajuçara. Cozy rooms, super polite and attentive building staff.
