Beachfront vacation rentals in Cooya Beach

We loved our stay at WongaBelle. It was easy to access and was very welcoming the moment we walked inside. It was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well appointed. Our bed was comfortable, had good water pressure in the showers with lots of hot water. The beach was only a few steps away. Loved the huge TV, and the selection of available networks. It was in a good location to explore Mossman, the rainforest, and Cape Tribulation. Our host Marcus was always responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental to other.

Kate's property felt like home away from home. The space was lovely, clean, peaceful and warm. Kate was an extremely responsive and welcoming host. The property is dog friendly, and my dog was also warmly welcomed. I highly recommend a stay here. So close to shops, the beach, cafes and restaurants, the location is perfect.

Great place to stay, lovely pool, bbq and close access to a nice beach. The space is great with air con and everything you’d need. Wish we had stayed longer here, would happily stay here again.

Lovely and spacious apartment with all amenities you’d need to explore and enjoy Cairns and environs. We stayed here for a week; enjoyed the pool and very comfy beds.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, providing detailed check-in instructions from the moment we booked and even checking in to see if we needed any help. The place was even more beautiful than in the photos—clean, well-equipped, and very cozy. The location was perfect. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely stay here again next time!

In the 8 years I have been using Airbnb this was by far my best experience ever. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures online. Lisa was an amazing host. Always willing to help and super flexible. We are so grateful for our stay here. The house was so clean and cosy. The kitchen had all the necessary tools. The house was spacious and luminous. The pool is amazing to relax and offers enough space in the shade to read a book. We also loved the fact that the house was so close to the beach. Ideal to run in the morning or do a nice walk along the coast. The perfect house if you want a nice getaway with your family or a group of friends. Would 100% recommend and if we ever come back we will surely stay here. Once again, thank you Lisa from the whole family. ❤️

Beautiful outlook, house was clean and tidy. There wasn't a long list of things guests were not to do and this made it feel more welcoming than some of the othere Airbnb places we have stayed in. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Ari’s house was fantastic! A great, clean space with fully equipped kitchen and bbq facilities with outdoor dining space over looking the pool! Bedrooms are spacious with immaculately clean ensuites! Recommend this house for families as it was a perfect space to relax!!

Stayed at the Palm Cove house with my husband and 2 children for the last four days of our holiday in Cairns. The house was beautiful and clean. We had such a wonderful time there. Everything was amazing. The house is even better in person. Would 100% recommend and if we return to Palm Cove we will definitely stay here again! Thank you.

We had an excellent stay at this accommodation. We were emailed clear instructions on how to get our keys and the only issue we had was trying to find parking near the office along the foreshore to get them as it gets very busy. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed having the extended balcony with sun chairs as it meant we didn't have to search for free sun chairs near the pool (where it was difficult to find a spot to sit). The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool at the resort was a amazing and very family friendly. We had a terrific stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

We had a great stay in Sylvia’s beautiful home. Sylvia is a great host and very responsive. The location and home allows for a stress free break in a holiday environment. Just the right distance from the city to disconnect when required. We will stay there again next time we visit.

The house is gorgeous! We loved the sunrises from the stunning bedroom, breakfasts out on the deck, and the quirky and carefully curated decor (especially the book collection)! The house is centrally located to all tourist attractions - an easy drive into Cairns for restaurants, the art gallery, the lagoon pool, etc., and a very short drive to the swimming beach at Holloways, as well as being en route to Palm Cove, Port Douglas, etc. Be sure to check out Crystal Cascades (my fave) and Hartley's Croc Adventure Park (hubbie and the kids' fave 😂). O'Shea's Restaurant for meals and Mayhem's for our morning coffees were lovely and only a short walk away. Just don't forget your mozzie repellant! We had a fun and fabulous week in Machans Beach. Thank you for sharing your house, Kimmi. It made our long-awaited family holiday so special! Recommend without hesitation! P.s. Thanks, too, for the special, thoughtful treats you left in the fridge! Beautiful stay at this accommodation. Only a short walk from the beach with a lovely pool area for hot/humid days. Only a short walk from local shops and restaurants too. Fantastic area to stay to do tourist things as it is in the middle of a lot. Would stay again.

This is a real gem of a holiday home. Full of character and in an idyllic setting, with enough room for two families to interact, relax and / or hop into and out of the pool and walk along the beach. Brilliant open plan living area and great outdoor areas in a nice quiet street. Great location for exploring the Daintree Rainforest and Mossman Gorge and only a short 30 min drive from Port Douglas. Right from the beginning we were impressed with Tina's communication. Tina set everything out clearly and was very responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

We really loved this pearl with the beutifull view. Really great atmosphere inside the house with art (some by the owner) and quirky stuff everywhere. Easy to get on trips and head out on tours in the area, and with at nice neighbourhood pub. We quickly got used to the heat and enjoyed the nice garden with its rich variaty of animals. We would come again if we had the chance 🌴🌴🌴

The house is in a beautiful quiet location and is setup very well for a family.

the host did an amazing job at listing all activities and surrounding locations for food and entertainment. there is so much to do in the area. waking up every day to a beautiful beach view, a 1 minute walk to the beach and the water is so warm. we ate almost every day at Il chioso, they do great food. all of the nearby restaurants were great. we loved our trip and want to move to Cairns! the kids had a great time in the pool and they slept so well because they were worn out from swimming and exploring all day!

Coco Beach Villa was an absolutely beautiful house to stay for our family holiday break. Had all the amenities we required. Clean and fresh. Very private pool and barbeque area. Beds comfortable. Beautiful view being beach front. Enjoyed our visit at Newell Beach and will be back.

Sofia could not have been any kinder and easy to communicate with (and I reached out a lot- sorry Sofia). My daughter and I were scheduled to drive from Brisbane to Port Douglas over two weeks to meet up with a study abroad group. Threatening weather and road closures (wet season) deterred us, but we went to the Beach Shack at the end of our trip anyway (after a major detour). The house was lovely and cozy and gave us time to organize before I flew back to the States. Her recommendations were spot on for local “to dos”. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and do a load of laundry or two. Thank you for a truly amazing stay. (The guitar in the living room was a nice touch!) Highly recommend.

Lovely property, it's modern, spacious, super clean, surrounded by gorgeous gardens, great pool area, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Track thru to 4 Mile Beach is mere steps away. Quick drive into Port Douglas, so convenient location. Would stay at John's place again 😊

We had such a nice time at this beautiful home. The house is beach front so kids swam days and nights, changing from pool to beach and vice versa. Supermarkets is within 10m drive. Kylie is super kind and very quick in response. Great place and worth every dollar!

Amazing stay! Had an incredible experience for such a good price as well. Couldn’t of asked for a better play to stay during my trip to Cairns :)
