Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cooper Jack Bay Settlement

Robin and Donna are excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is exactly what we where looking for only a 2 min drive from Grace Bay beach and the city center, with the infamous CoCo Bistro restaurant right around the corner from our villa. Robins Villa is beautifully laid out, very spacious and immaculately clean with a detailed decorative touch in every room to make it feel all the more warm and welcoming. Thanks guys for everything!!! We had an amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!

Shirlett was very responsive and got us out of a bind when we had no place to stay with 2 young children after a cancelled flight at 9:30pm. We’re eternally grateful for her and her kindness and her place. The place was comfortable and clean.

Great place for a reasonable price. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and the beach. It’s worth renting a car and the parking was easy. Highly recommend for two couples wanting a nice vacation getaway that doesn’t break the bank! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Talisha had the perfect home for our stay. It was walking distance to a quiet beach and you could walk to shops on the main road from the house. Talisha was quick to respond to any messages and very helpful. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

The villa was wonderful and is a beautiful space. The kitchen was one of the most well-stocked kitchens I have ever seen in an Airbnb. The interior was very-well appointed and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space was great and the pool and grill were perfect. It was also so nice that we were able to take chairs and umbrellas to the beach. The bikes were also super handy to get around! The location felt safe and was very private. Very walkable. We loved Cocovan (the little eatery within about a 5 minute walk). It was only about a 5 minute bike ride to the beach as well. The road was a bit bumpy due to construction but fine as long as you pay attention. For the most part it was quiet, but there was definitely some loud construction noise during parts of the day. That being said, there is an immense amount of construction going on all over the island so it's kind of inevitable and not so intrusive that it was unbearable.

I booked very last-minute, the day before my travel so I appreciate that they were able to confirm my booking quickly. There was plenty of space inside the home, I did not even use 1 of the extra bedrooms or bathroom, since it was just me staying there. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking meals. I didn't do much cooking because there's so many great restaurants in the area. It's very close to Long Bay Beach and I was kite surfing so that was my main goal was to stay somewhere nearby. The bed was clean & comfy, and the shower was nice and hot. It was great to be able to go up on the roof and enjoy the stars in the evening. A few of the negative aspects of my day was the bedroom I stayed in had a lot of light coming in from a light out in the neighbors backyard. I wished that there was a blackout shade in the bedroom, so it would not be so bright all night. Also on Sunday morning, I was awoken very early with construction of the house in the back. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Rachel and Gaby are excellent hosts. Although it can be a little difficult to find the house, when you do so, you’re rewarded by a truly unique Airbnb experience. The house comes with several friendly dogs, chickens, and a donkey named “Mango” - all of whom are ready and eager to welcome you to North Caicos. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much and would return.

I had a wonderful stay at Antonio’s place! The space was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Antonio and his wife was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had all the information I needed to enjoy my time there. The location was perfect for a couple it’s private and was close by activities and restaurants . I truly felt at home during my stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for being such a great host!

We loved our stay at Grace Bay. It was fabulous! Lorraine was so great, she upgraded us to a bigger space and she was really flexible with our check out time. We requested an extra 2 hours, because we were going on a snorkeling trip. Lorraine told us that it was no problem. The location was just fabulous, Lorraine’s place is a gem and we will definitely be back next year. This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Thank you, Lorraine! 🌺

Nicole’s place was exactly as described and a great home base while on the island. It was easy to drive to all the attractions and there are several restaurants and the beach within a 5-10 min walk. Nicole and Neko (property manager) were extremely responsive, proactive and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay

Mary & Regina were a pleasure to rent with. Very attentive & helpful with anything we needed. We were even greeted with complimentary rum punches! Mary checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable. Plenty of lounge chairs and small tables to relax on a fantastic beach, shared with only a few other friendly condo dwellers. Gorgeous view from both the upper level and lower level. Everything you need is there - from beach towels, hand and dish soap, basic seasonings to plenty of parking and an outdoor shower. Book now - just save a week for me!
