Vacation rentals with beach access in Cooloola

This is a wonderful place to stay! The location is amazing!! Right on the beach, a 1 min stroll and you're on the sand. The walking track goes right past the apartment and up to Point Cartwright, Kawana Shopping World is a 5-10 min walk and has everything you could possibly need. We felt right at home in the apartment but mostly wanted to be outdoors! Helen was such a friendly host, and very willing to assist us with the cyclone happenings at the time. Parking underneath the building was very tight for our large vehicle, but we made it work and once we figured it out we were fine. There is lift access as well as stairs, although the lift is quite old and we preferred to take the stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thank you Helen!

The location to the Maroochydore beach was fantastic. The unit was right across the road from the beach, you could sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery. It was great having a dedicated car park. Apartment was clean and tidy. We didn't spend a lot of time there as we were visiting friends & family but from what I could see, there was everything we needed. It was good to have air conditioning units in each bedroom as it was pretty warm the weekend we visited but there wasn't anything in the kitchen & lounge area but that was ok. It's only short walk to the surf club and the little hole in the wall underneath was great for coffee, drinks and a light brunch. If you wanted something more, there were plenty of cafe's a short walk away. I would definitely recommend as a place to stay, especially if you want to be near the beach.

A beautiful unit with stunning views! Julie was so responsive and thoughtful! It’s so close to everything with lots of restaurants within walking distance. And the bed was super comfy! Hopefully we can come back soon!

We had a great 3 day stay at Alex's place, it was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Alex was friendly and responsive. We had my elderly mother with us and the apartment was perfect for her needs, being on the ground floor and with good accessibility in the bathrooms. Would happily stay there again.

Awesome location and fantastic views, brilliant host. The only thing I’ve not noticed in the description is that there is no lift (I probably missed it, but it’s handy to know in case you traveling with elderly like I was).

A great place with everything we needed as a family with a child. Quiet surroundings, most things are within walkable distance, beach just across the road, a convenient store, a few restaurants just at the door step.

Extremely quick response for a late last minute check in. Extremely clean with everything needed available. Nice and close/ walking distance to everything.

The house was in an exceptional location with fantastic views. A very comfortable and sapcious beach house. Recpetion staff very friendly and helpful.

It’s a really easy place to stay, great location, a few minutes easy walk to the beach and cafes. The house is spacious, light and airy, clean, everything works properly, and communication is prompt, clear, straightforward and kind. The bedrooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, linen is good, lots of kitchen equipment, just a good and easy overall place to stay, and good value.

Bev’s place was perfect for us. Nice view - most other homes around did not have one! Just as described - very clean, comfortable and stocked with more than we could need. Beds were super comfy! Front and back doors created lovely cross-breezes and we really appreciated the ceiling fans (since there was no aircon). Well screened and fully fenced for our two little furkids. Our pups really appreciated them being allowed in the house, as did we. Just a quick walk across the road to the beach. So many nice little extra touches in the house - we enjoyed the Tim Tams, the water jug and ice cubes already made! Thanks Bev, we would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Tamaras property was truly incredible - from the minute I first made contact with her, to the final moments of our holiday. The pictures of the property speak for themselves and excactly as represented - truly breathtaking. The garden is a pure oasis and the plunge pool a perfect way to cool off. The home is situated a brief stroll away from the beach, as well as a number of bars, restaurants and cafes in Mooloolaba. The centre of Maroochydore is also a short walk away and day trips to Noosa, Australia Zoo and much more were easily accessible by car. But above all else, the communication from Tamara, Sye & Linda were the true embodiment of hospitality. Their care and passion for what they do is clear, and they do it well. From the welcome packs and chocolates on arrival, their responses to queries (often within minutes), their recommendations and honesty throughout - It can’t get much better than this.

Our third stay at the ‘castle’ we love it, just like home in this nostalgic cottage. Di was amazing as always, we will be back.

This property was lovely and relaxing with a beautiful Mount Coolum view. The yard was great for dogs, and a good spot to walk to the beach and shops. It was also nice to be provided with many home essentials. Very comfortable and we would happily stay again!

Very spacious 2-bedroom, with welcomed modern updates. Enjoyed spending time on the main deck taking in the views & surroundings. 2 full bathrooms is also a huge plus. Air conditioning works really well (and is quiet). Suzy & Meg are excellent communicators, always responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Well situated atop Noosa Hill, conveniently located between Main Beach / Hastings St zone and the Junction (providing access to restaurants & shops etc.). Overall, we really enjoyed our 10-day stay there.

Cathy’s unit was perfect for our weeklong stay. It is easy walking distance from the unit to Maroochydore beach’s SLSC and the the still water of the Maroochy River. Cotton Tree’s shops are also very walkable. The unit itself was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s place. The panoramic sea view from the property was absolutely stunning - waking up to that every morning was a dream. The location was perfect, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and great restaurants, making it so easy to explore the area. Matt was a fantastic host - super friendly, welcoming and made check-in very easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again next time visiting Sunshine Coast. Highly recommend!

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Located centrally in Noosa. Be prepared for the walk back up the hill but that didn’t bother us. Great spacious apartment and great for a family with kids - really appreciated the few books and toys to keep our kids busy. Tim and Kim were great hosts - thanks for having us!

David was an extremely friendly and responsive host! The stay was beautiful, very clean and quiet. The instructions were very easy to follow and much appreciated! The seal-check in made checking in and out extremely easy and it’s a great location. We had an amazing stay!
