We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 at Ben’s apartment. It’s in a great location. We found parking easy enough on the side road. Flat has everything you could need with the Kitchen being well equipped. Good sized rooms and more spacious than expected. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was in a very clean condition and the location is superb. Very close to the promenade and the co-op is literally donwstairs. Really loved our stay.

An absolutely great place to stay! In a perfect central location in North Wales, with lots to do in the surrounding area. Host was lovely, and communicated well. Apartment was very clean, well-equipped and had the most gorgeous view. Definitely thinking of returning soon. Absolutely loved it. Thank you!

Stayed at Shilpa's place for a few weeks, and it was an amazing apartment. Very clean and modern, aswell as there being a lot to do nearby (Aber falls was very close by), amazing beach on tour doorstep as well. Easy self check in and responsive host, thank you!

We had a great stay at Tim’s place recently. Llanfairfechan is a lovely village and is a great base for exploring the area. The apartment has plenty of room, amenities and is close to the shops, takeaways and beach in the village. Tim was always helpful and responsive before and during our stay.

The apartment was beautiful and as described. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The view from the kitchen window every morning was great too. The apartment was in a great location and situated around the corner from the promenade, small shops and restaurants. And it wasn't far from beautiful Llandudno and other towns. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Elizabeth is a great host who is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend anyone to stay here! She has an amazing home which is very clean and welcoming. We stopped here for my mothers 50th birthday. Upon arrival, we were greeted with banners, prosecco and cupcakes in the living room. Even a card to add a personal touch! Will 100% revisit here when we next come to conwy. Thankyou for the amazing stay Elizabeth!😁

We stayed a week, but could easily have managed longer! Such a great location for exploring the north Welsh coast and into Snowdonia. the village is pretty, with good shops and restaurants as well as green spaces and access to the beach. It's right on the A55 for easy access further afield. The house itself was beautiful and very new, everything we needed was there and it was comfortable to spend time together as well as get away for some privacy. We found ourselves easily enjoying our time at home in-between busy days. The host was super responsive to messages but at the same time, not intrusive at all. We took two dogs with us which were accommodated perfectly and with the provision of a stair gate, we were able to keep them out of the bedrooms easily. I think they both lost weight from all the running around on the beach but it was their holiday as much as ours. We probably only did half the things on our 'to do' list so I wouldn't be surprised if we visit again!

A well-equipped apartment with all necessary amenities at a reasonable price for extended stays. Ryan was quick and friendly in responding to any inquiries. Conveniently located within walking distance of the promenade, ideal for walking or cycling. Highly recommend for a solo retreat or a couple’s getaway :))

My family and I enjoyed staying at Jo-Anna's annex for an entire month during our relocation to the area, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Jo-Anna made us feel incredibly welcome. She was an exceptional host—friendly, attentive, and always available if we needed anything, yet never intrusive. Her warmth made us feel more like friends than guests, and by the end of our stay, we truly felt like we had become part of the family. The annex itself is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to make it feel like a true home for over a month. I’ll be recommending Joanna’s annex to everyone we know—family, friends, and even to families at our children's new school who may be relocating. We had easy access to both Llandudno and Llandudno Junction, which was perfect for getting to know the area and exploring all the wonderful sights.

Great location, walking distance to sea front and beach. Perfect for driving around and exploring Snowdonia and North Wales. Dog friendly, beds and bowls provided. Easy to park and access property. It had everything we needed and one of the more comfortable beds we’ve had in a holiday property! Very happy with it and had a great short break!

Absolutely loved the apartment. Exactly what we needed for a few days away. Super clean and exactly as described. The only slight issue was parking. It was described as having free on street parking nearby but there was never a time the street was clear to park. Not a big problem. Ita clearly a busy place. Had to pay for two days parking at the carpark. Would stay again, a lovely place.

Lovely and cozy and brilliant day would stay there again in a heartbeat also really close to the town centre and the seafront. Lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area.

Mandy was very helpful in terms of communication as I couldn't make the pre arranged time to handover keys. She was responsive to any questions I had and replied quickly. The place was clean and as described in the advert.

Great location and great apartment - we had a lovely stay. Jackie was super helpful and the extra treats that she left us were the icing on the cake. If we come back to Llandudno in the future, we would love to come and stay again!

Superb accommodation and fantastic views

We had a great few days in Penmaenmawr, and couldn't recommend Myat and Kan's accommodation enough. Immediately from booking, they were friendly, welcoming and left clear and easy to follow instructions on how to access the apartment. The apartment is spacious, modern and spotless with a fantastic view of the sea. We would definitely stay again, thank you both!

This place is wonderful. The location is amazing. You are right in the middle of everything but once you get into the 2nd floor apartment you have a peaceful and beautiful retreat. Inside is very comfortable from the bedrooms to the salon. Overall the apartment is very spacious, clean and comfy. We actually added a day on the end of our trip and Alexandra was quick to assist us with our request. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Joy & Neil were incredibly friendly & welcoming during our recent stay over New Years. Their home is charming and the apartment was spacious & private. Everything we could have needed was provided, including complimentary milk, tea, coffee, and biscuits! Despite being in Joy & Neil’s home we felt like we had our own space yet knew if we needed anything we had only to ask and Joy was happy to help. The location is great, hidden away in the village and overlooking the sea. It is a great base for travelling around North Wales and Snowdonia national park! It is also the perfect spot for a reading retreat! Lastly, both Joy & Neil are very interesting and charming people with lots of stories to tell. We will definitely be returning and would encourage others to visit :)

All of North Wales was affected by a burst mains water pipe, meaning we were without water until our last day, unable to shower or use the toilet. There was nothing Joel could do to change this, but he was extremely communicative and has kindly offered to pass on the compensation afforded to property owners by the water company. I could imagine many Air BnB hosts might keep this despite them being the unaffected party for the property their guests were staying in. As well as the obvious discomfort and disruption to our stay, there was expense to us with travelling some distance to buy bottles of water and to much further locations to enjoy a night out than we had planned, so Joel passing this compensation on is extremely helpful to reclaim these additional costs and just goes to show what a fantastic host he is. I very much recommend staying with Joel and we look forward to choosing Joel's property again for our next visit.

Elan was a fantastic host from when we arrived to when we left. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Her local knowledge for places to eat and visit were very welcome as was her kindness to help us when we needed getting around. We have friends not too far away so will definitely stay with Elan and her family again. A thoroughly recommended Airbnb Host.
