Fabrizio was an incredible host. Very welcoming and a great communicator. The accommodation was perfect and within walking distance to so many amenities. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in the beautiful town of Monopoli.

Comfortable apartment and good location. Well equipped apartment. All necessary shops on the street. Close to the train station, very convenient to visit. Owner attentive to our questions. Excellent stay.

The flat is spacious and has everything you need. Location is central and easy to reach. Prospero was always reachable and available.

The accommodation is ideal for 4 people. Parking with a car is difficult as there is hardly any psr parking. Public transportation is recommended.

My teenage son and two friends stayed in Bari for a few days and this was the perfect place. Central in a charming building and a quick walk from the train station. The apartment was exactly as described and was very clean. Luiz is a great host, although they did not meet he was proactive and very quick to respond to our messages both on Airbnb and via mobile app and everything went smoothly. He was always kind and helpful. From one host to another I would highly recommend Luiz and his apartment to anyone travelling to Bari.

Very well located apartment close to the city center without being in the tourist center. we were able to park without problem on the street. we were like at home..with two bathrooms, luxury!

Perfect location in the old town but just outside of the restaurants and nightlife area so that you can still find plenty of peace and silence. Staying in the apartment feels a bit like going back in history with the dome ceiling and stone walls, whilst still enjoying all the standard amenities of modern life. Perfectly clean kitchen and bathroom. Accessing the property couldn't be easier, and you can get to the main square, bars and restaurants in less than 3 mins. Just a perfect place for a few days with the family.

The apartment is very charming located in the old town of Carovigno close to the main square. The little gem is the terrace overseeing the sea. Highly recommended.

Excellent location - perfectly situated in the Sassi of Matera with amazing views and centrally located to all of the sites in ancient Matera. Patrizia was extremely helpful and communicative. We hope to visit again soon and stay at Patrizia's place!

Mimma is energetic and positive, exuding good vibes. We were comfortable and well cared for. We especially appreciated the welcome basket of foods, several homemade treats. Mimma also shared her family’s history and showed us their original trullo house. It is like a museum! We were very fortunate to stay during the religious festival in Alberobello. Mimma made arrangements for us to be seated with the locals outside the butcher shop. What a unique memory-making treat.

We had a fabulous stay in Andrea’s apartment. The location is beautiful with the bonus of an outside seating area perfect for sunsets. The accommodation is newly renovated to a high standard. Communication was excellent and we loved Monopoli.

In the smallest space a very clean, tastefully decorated and well-equipped accommodation. Unfortunately, I can no longer switch the 4-star rating to 5 now; check-in would have been easier if I had the sent photos of Thelma with me.

A great location right in the centre of town. An amazing big terrace on the roof that gets the sun throughout the day.

A really goo place to stay in Monopoli. Located outside the center but only a 10 minutes walk. Best choice who go to a match as its next the stadium. :)

where do I begin !! Claudia saved us!! Our air bnb in Bari cancelled the day we were flying in. Claudia responded so quickly with our request to book within hours of getting there. She was so helpful, sent us clear instructions on what to do and even sent a map with recommendations. She met us upon our arrival and took the time to explain the map and told us all the important spots to check out ! Any questions we had she answered !! The place was so perfect walkable to everything and secluded enough for privacy. I have nothing but great things to say. Claudia thank you !! We had the best few days and will be back in the future xo

Fantastic! The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s located about 12 minutes on foot from the train station and then also about 10 minutes from Bari Vecchia. Lots of coffee bars, supermarkets, and restaurants in all directions. But the best part was Cosimo and Rossella themselves. They are VERY kind, helpful, and friendly. Never intrusive, they still kept in touch during the visit and even helped make a restaurant reservation at a wonderful place nearby. When our trip got complicated due to a train strike, they helped us work out alternative transportation. They had lots of good suggestions for us during our stay, and we felt well cared for, as if at a hotel. Highly, highly recommended.

Giulia's place was especially impressed by the location: the sea near the house, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, is beautiful! Crystal clear waters, snorkeling options but also easily accessible beaches with simple water entrances! The apartment is equipped with all amenities and amenities: spacious with double bathroom and a beautiful terrace where you can dine and entertain yourself. Also in a short time you can reach beautiful cities to visit such as Monopoli, Polignano and Ostuni; in short, super strategic, super comfortable and highly recommended! Finally, Giulia is a kind and helpful host, she has accommodated our check-in and check-out needs and for that we thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

This AirBnb was amazing! spacious, clean, well located close to the old town with lots ofmcute restaurants nearby. Add that Renato was a great host, always communicative and super flexible (we checked in New Year's Eve and had a delayed flight arriving). he provided great tips and recommendations as well as had all information written down too. I would happily come back to stay!

Vincenzo’s place was perfect for our needs. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and there were lots of cafes and restaurants etc very close by. The old town is only a short stroll away, as well as the train station. The rooftop terrace was very good for us as we were there for almost 2 weeks and it was a great option for us to relax. All in all a great place to stay and Vincenzo is very friendly, approachable and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

The apartment’s location is very good, We could easily find it and it is walking distance the old town. It was great that tea and coffee was available for our one night stay. We will be back!

Excellent option in Matera if you are going by vehicle, the neighborhood is quiet, easy to park and you can reach in less than 10 minutes to the historic area. The description is adequate, the place is clean and with everything you need
