Vacation rentals in Contré

Absolutely perfect for our party of 7 with two small children. The gite was clean with decent sized rooms, four bedrooms, three bathroooms, kitchen, dining room, dining terrace. Kitchen was very well equipped. Outside was a dining terrace for 9 with BBQ. The shared pool was excellent with sun loungers for everyone on the site. The large garden had children's swings/slides, bikes, table tennis, football and badminton. There were so many toys and games available (indoor and outdoor) that our children were never bored. Isabelle and Sebastien were very friendly, helpful and even gifted us a good bottle of wine on arrival. The gite is out in the countryside and 3 miles from Mortagne-sur-Gironde which had a great boulangerie, small coop and a pizza restaurant. Big supermarkets are 13-15 minutes away. Beaches at Messchers (15 minutes) and St Georges du Didonne (20 minutes) . The gite terraces are side by side with thin separating hedges, so a quiet time can't be absolutely guaranteed.

Very good stay at Estelle's. The house lived up to our expectations and the amenities are numerous The garden is a real treat. A big thank you to the hosts for their warm hosting.

We stayed with friends in a beautiful home, on the banks of the Sèvre, warmly welcomed by Gil, who is very attentive and caring! The house's environment is very nice, quiet. It is located not far from the center of the village, where you can find all the amenities. We're already thinking about going back!

We had a great time as 2 families (4 adults and 3 children) in this place. The accommodation is very large, clean, and very well-equipped. The garden is large, wooded, fenced and the children spent most of their time there. We'll be back!

Excellent smiling welcome, friendly and attentive from Anne Sophie. Our accommodation, a charming market garden house tastefully restored, offered us calm and comfort. Saint Sigismond is an extremely peaceful little village. Nothing but moments of sweet tranquility to contemplate the dance of the swallows above the large garden, to capture in the evening the hooting of an owl, to nibble a few grains of the vine that runs along the facade... Anyone looking for proximity to nature will find something to satisfy them here. The Autize pier, a three-minute walk from the house, allows you to take beautiful exotic and informative walks amidst very rich fauna and flora. It is also a restaurant offering simple meals to enjoy in a relaxing and friendly setting.

A very welcoming host and good tips. Very nice, functional and especially quiet house after days of sightseeing. We'll be happy to go back!
