Vacation rentals with a patio in Contis-Plage, Saint-Julien-en-Born

Nice flat in a résidence building behind the Moliets dune. Very good kitchen equipment. As usual in France, there is one shared blanket in double bed. As we stayed there in the after season, it was very calm. Good place for a family of 3-4.

Flexible check-in and very clear instructions. Hosts concerned about the well-being of tenants. Clean, well-equipped and pleasant accommodation. Very quiet environment and perfect for a family stay. If we come back to the area we would not hesitate to book again.

I stayed at Rachel's place for a surf session, and everything was perfect! She was very understanding and available, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is impeccable, well-located and perfectly equipped. Big thanks for this stay, I would recommend it!

Beautiful environment, very quiet, relaxing place faithful to the description clean apartment

The location is excellent. Numerous restaurants and shops, an interesting old quarter of the town, and a Renaissance cathedral all within easy walking distance. The more modern parts of Bayonne are just a little further. The studio was comfortable with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a patio to look out on with a table/chairs, a sofa and potted plants. The weather kept us from going outside to really enjoy it. A very usable kitchen, if you don't want to dine out. If you're a rugby fan and your schedule works, there is a professional team.

Great stay. The space was very clean and beyond my expectations. The size of the apartment was beyond the description. Everything necessary is available and it is really very appreciated. I'll go back there with my eyes closed.

We had a lovely, quiet and relaxing stay. we were with our little girl, everything went very well. Caroline and her dad were very responsive to our exchanges and welcoming. nice walk to do, close to the city center and the beach on foot. the house is well equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a few days at their place to discover Capbreton.

We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts and dinners. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, who was very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain can be reached at all times and has very good tips. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house is exactly as described and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer, but we will be back with great pleasure! A super nice, clean place, absolutely romantically located near Hossegor. By car you are in 5 minutes on the beach. You have everything you need on site. Communication with Eva also went smoothly. Since the accommodation is connected to the guesthouse, you can also make contacts very quickly as a solo traveler. I'd love to come back and miss our surf sessions together already! Will be back!

We had a great time at Raphael's house (unfortunately too short). When we arrived, a little sweetness was waiting for us. Raphael was a very welcoming, responsive and friendly host, he was always at our disposal. The house was very clean, comfortable (excellent bedding), equipped with all the necessities and above all tastefully decorated, cocooning house. Close to all amenities. Very well located apartment, with splendid views. Close to the city center, it's peaceful and relaxing. John is very kind, welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this beautiful apartment!

Really peaceful, super clean, and comfy. The space has everything needed and more. The kitchen is fully equipped. There’s a nice little terrace for sunny days. It’s always pleasant to return home. The bathroom is amazing, with a nice shower and a relaxing bathtub. It’s also very bright thanks to a large bay window with a sliding door, yet private with curtains and shutters. The bed and pillows are very comfy. With the shutters and how calm the place is, I slept like a baby. The kindness and thoughtfulness of Brigitte and her husband are the cherry on top. I am very grateful to them and for finding their peaceful haven. There’s a large supermarket about a 14-minute walk away, and a bakery, café, restaurant, tobacco shop, and more just 5 minutes away.

Quiet apartment. New facilities, very tidy and with everything you need. Close to the beach and about 15 minutes walk from a shopping center with supermarkets and restaurants . Communication with the owner was agile and smooth . A highly recommended place to stay.

François's apartment largely met our expectations. True to the photos and description provided, it was the perfect place for our stay of family years. The good weather was also able to showcase the amazing view of the golf course and the ocean from the balcony. The residence is impeccable, quiet, easy to park there and very well made to accommodate dogs! The nearby beach on foot offers an amazing sunset and the shops mentioned by François when we arrived were also very convenient. Nothing more to say except that I highly recommend this apartment and keep it in my favorites!
