Loft vacation rentals in Constitución, Buenos Aires

Really enjoyed our stay here, close to everything you need and in an amazing area. Highly recommend!

This place has a lot of charm, the bed is comfortable, great area to work at the dining table for two people. The internet is a little temperamental for two people working at the same time on VPNs. We found the kitchen very hard to cook in, two people can definitely not fit at the same time and the bathroom is equally as small. For a short stay it has all you need. It’s missing a microwave. The laundry downstairs made our clothes smell when washing, make sure to put the powder detergent inside the wash. The access to building is easy with a key FOB. The Palermo area is the best with soooo many restaurants and coffee places (viva cafe) two blocks away is the best in BA besides Kopi cafe, they make an in house coconut milk for creamy lattes. The neighborhood is super safe and very walkable!

The loft in Palermo is beautiful, it is very well located (close to what you need to know as a tourist in CABA), and has a lot of personality (which is a plus because you feel like in a real house, not in any accommodation). Communication with the hosts is good. They are willing to help with whatever you need. I would definitely come back.

Excellent location right in Palermo soho. Many restaurants and bars nearby but without the noise of the street. The hosts were great at communicating, very attentive and responsive. Will definitely recommend this place.

Hosts were very friendly and responsive when needed, the apartment was like in the photos and got every single thing you may need for you to use during your stay, would recommend this place 100%, great location!

Sofia was the best, the apartment was, in my opinion, the best location in Palermo. I would always stay at this place if I ever come back to Buenos Aires. 10/10

Beautifully place!! The little balconies was lovely to sit on, the space itself was beautiful. The stairs do have a bar across but it’s well protected for safety so no issues there. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool one day, not realizing how wonderful the view is from up there otherwise I would have spent more time there! Staff in the lobby are helpful and friendly also. Loved my time here and wish I could have stayed longer

Everything was exactly as advertised. Host was very communicative and accommodating. We felt very welcomed and were even able to store our bags before check in. Laundry was super easy to do a big perk of staying there during a long trip. Views were beautiful and in a great (and quiet) location Thank you!!

Everything is great! The room is wonderful, very nice bed, great! Everything as described in the listing, great location, very safe and beautiful, the hostess is very kind and dear. Excellent location in the heart of Palermo with parking, ideal for storing the car and getting around on foot. The apartment's balcony is very nice, as is the apartment. Their hosts are very attentive. I recommend it to those who go for a walk and don't mind the noise, as it's close to the train tracks and can be a bit annoying to those who aren't used to it

The best airbnb we've been able to do in Buenos Aires. In the best neighborhood in Buenos Aires, this loft has everything from an exceptional place. The brightness and pool view is a huge plus. Very comfortable bed, I would definitely recommend it.

My family really traveled for work and everything was as detailed in the ad. It was very close to the places they had to go, the area was super accessible and you can park on the street. Many transportation options and restaurants in the area. Mr. Lepi was always attentive to the extreme, very flexible with check-in and check-out, and they had wonderful attention. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable with all the amenities as detailed in the photos. The place is really bright and has an amazing view. They really felt at home. Definitely 100% recommended and a place to return to every time you have to travel to the capital. More than grateful!

PROS: * Great location to shops, restaurants and parks. * In a kiosk not far away from the apartment you can find Sube bus card and even charge it so you can use public transportation. * 7th floor with a beautiful little balcony surrounded by trees. * The building is new and secured. * Juan was great letting us check in three hours a head of time. He was also flexible with the check out. * Juan is friendly and invited us to an argentinian assado with his friends for the new year. Amazing welcoming. * The apartment was spacious and comfortable with cute little features. * Endless hot water in the shower. * The neighbors were quiet and friendly. CONS: * There is a noisy train passing relatively frequent. * The kitchen is not suitable for cooking anything above a simple pasta and a toast. * We weren't provided with enough TP or dishwashing liquid for our 12 days stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant and worth the money.

Would definitely come back! Claudia is a great host and the apartment is perfect for short or longer stays. There is privacy and comfort in a beautiful neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

the building is new, it has security , cameras, it is spacious and comfortable. the neighborhood is very quiet and you can walk quietly.

Loft just as shown in the photos, very conveniently located to go for a walk and see tourist places. The building staff is extremely nice and attentive, which makes you feel right at home. 100% recommended.

Nice and cozy place in a loft style. Antic building in a very good area. Apartment had all what you need. Kitchen and bathroom fine, A/C was working and cooled down the whole place. Very recommandable at this price. Communication with landlord and cleaning personal without any problems
