The 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom apartment was amazing new and clean. The fully furnished kitchen made home-made meals extremely convenient for those who were tired to eating out like me who is on diet for no salt. 1. Residences have security guards and reception. 2. Walking straight to the beach. 3. Walking distance to local market to buy groceries. 4. Fully furnished kitchen with rice cooker, knifes, scissors, and many utensils. It was our favorite place in 6 bookings for this trip. Thank you Diep.

Communication with Thi was perfect. We were able to arrive earlier and be greeted by her adorable mom who offered us fruit upon arrival. Accommodation is nice, rooms are spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and after a 10-minute walk you get to the beach. Restaurants and bars are close by. In short, ideal for taking a break after HCMC and before going to Hoi An. Thanks to Thi and her mom. We recommend the Papa's Garden without hesitation!

We went with our entire family and Tú was wonderful giving us local recommendations for the spa, restaurants, and things to do. We requested early check-in and late check-out due to changes in our travel schedule. The kids in our group loved the pool and there were even children life jackets available. We even requested extra bedding and they made that available to us.

I had to extend my stay the last minute and the host got me a new room with an even better view. Both rooms were great, good price and everything was awesome. Thank you so much :) i hope to stay again some time

Tuan's parents are the actual host of our stay, and i was amazed by how genuinely friendly, helpful, hospitable they are. The location is awesome with so many local delicacies around (5-7 mins driving max). Already making a plan to come back and visit this extraordinary city and people.
