House vacation rentals in Colva

The villa is a beautiful 3 bedroom place. it is very close to the beach and various restaurants. The check-in, stay and check-out was seamless. Would highly recommend this place.

A lovely villa with two en-suite bedrooms of good size . Open plan kitchen living room which we didn’t use at all due to the beautiful veranda and garden to sit in , the kitchen we only used for tea making and fridge for drinks as we ate out the the myriad of nearby restaurants. The swimming pool is 20 yards away , beach only 5 minutes walk. The villa is comfortable and clean and cleaned daily by the cleaner . We had some issues with the internet and electricity and need for extra keys which the owner responded quickly and resolved the issues . We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most certainly be returning .

We went with kids including infants and wanted a home away from home. And Radha’s place was it. Villa was clean and kitchen stocked. Every item was accessible at the right place. With instructions printed and pasted for electronic devices. Caretaker lochan deserves special mention, he was responsive. At check in he made sure AC was on, so we went into a cool home. And also helped throughout the stay. Pool is clean and beach is walking distance. If you want a quiet place this it. Their adjacent resort has a restaurant and playground for kids. Only itch is that it’s a bit away from grocery stores/restaurants etc. so make sure you have a handy bike/car.

We stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed the place a lot. Its a good calm place where you can enjoy with your family in goa. Its secured and can order food from outside as well via other food delivering app. Overall 10/10 for this place. I will strongly recommend this place for staying.

Our stay at Julie's place was absolutely wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, providing all the amenities exactly as described. Narayan prepared delicious breakfasts for us on both days, and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. The neighborhood is serene and peaceful, with essential services conveniently accessible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.🌟

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

Our stay at this property by the River Sal was truly wonderful! The rooms provided stunning views of the river. Romehome was incredibly helpful in making our stay comfortable and memorable! Khushi was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed, and the caretaker, Inder was attentive and friendly. The location is fantastic – it’s just a short walk to the beach. Plus, the shopping arcade nearby is a great bonus! From quaint shops to great dining options, everything we needed was close by. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax in a picturesque setting. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This is a great private villa in a great location. Peaceful surroundings with a good view. And the terrace pool makes it better. We had a great stay.

It is a great place to have a nice peaceful time in south goa. Beaches are at walkable distance. The host was very helfpul and accomodative. They were reachable throughout and helped us with everything including checking, to recommending places, rentals and lots more. A must recommend place for all planning to visit Majorda and looking for cozy clean stay.

Shoba and Thomas were great hosts. felt like home and as if with family. Had a great stay and the place is peaceful whilst being on the main road. Can go anywhere if you are druving. The kitchen, bedroom, balcony, amenities and all else were perfect for the stay. Enjoyed our favourite joints, beaches, food and were treated to amazing home made local cuisine. Had an amazing and relaxing time in South Goa. Different experience from the usual hotels or resorts. Our first time...and will be back. Highly recommended if you are not fussy and not after frills. NOSTO - run by the couple adds to the experience and convenience.

This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.

We - all Classmates & Senior Citizens , has planned an outing to a quite place & selected StayMaster which proved to be a very good decision. The location was , what we were looking for. The cleanliness and responsive staff made our stay memorable . All our Colleagues were very happy at the overall exceptional experience. We all enjoyed being together & eating together The food prepared by the Chef - Santosh , was just excellent . Mr Raj , who was Property Manager was very attentive & looked after us quite well & helped us for our needs & local sight seeings. This property is RECOMMENDED for people who want to enjoy Goa at a leisurely pace. Overall a very satisfying experience 👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍

Very beautifull and clean villa. Had all the basic amenities for use in good condition. Had cleaning ladies cleaning the place everyday morning. Location is good and colva beach is very close to the place. Grocery store, department store and fairly good eating options available nearby. Also food delivery apps delivery available. Pool was very clean and overall vibe of the place is very inviting. Cleaning ladies and the caretaker were good behaved. Owner was resposive over chat and helped to locate nearby good restaurants, stores and vehicle renting options. It's a good gated society hence very safe to go with family and friends. Highly recommended.

Fernando 's place is a simple one room stand alone house. The entire house, bathroom and the kitchenette are all spotlessly clean. Really appreciate the 5 litre bottle of water kept in the kitchen, as well as the fully filled hand wash and body wash. We wanted a simple place close to Panjim, and this suited our needs. At half the price of most places around Panjim, it was value for money for me.

We chose Casa De Dona Telma because we wanted to stay in a Goanese house. High ceilings, large rooms, tall windows—this place had it all. The location was perfect. It is in the heart of Madgao yet situated in a peaceful locality. We could easily visit South Goa, North Goa, and interior Goa from there. The house had all the basic amenities required for cooking. We enjoyed preparing our breakfasts, sitting in the very large dining room, and chatting late into the evenings. Savio, the host, was exceptional. From the day we booked the homestay, he stayed in touch, answering all our queries promptly and helping us with local transportation. Whenever we needed something, no matter how small, he arranged it without delay. Thank you, Savio, for your hospitality. I would highly recommend this place.

Anish has an amazing place! He is very pro-active and friendly. Helped in every way he can to make our stay most comfortable. The row villa is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. There's a lot of open space outside for our dog to roam around freely. And we were able to go on peaceful walks in the morning. There is a store and a nice little cafe in walkable distance. This place is definitely a gem. Totally worth it. There's 2 bedrooms on the first floor and an attached balcony overlooking beautiful greens and homes. Kitchen, dining and living room on the ground. Well maintained. Wish we stayed a couple of more days. This is going to be our first preference in South Goa from now! Thanks Anish for the wonderful stay! Notes: Visit the nearby lake. I stayed at this place with my friends to participate in a tennis tournament. The place is centrally located and we could mostly manage walking to all the places including the Miramar beach. The place is very tastefully done with very interesting artefacts and furniture. The host is very friendly and responsive. We were made to feel at home all the time. The fridge had all basic food items like bread, butter, milk and eggs. Towels and linens were fresh and plenty in stock. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would definitely want to come back with my family.
