best house I have seen in a while

This house in Kent was great for our family of 5. The historic house has lots of character and charm. The coffee shop next door and the breakfast place a couple blocks away were very convenient. Great location!

We went to Akron for a show on Saturday night and walked all of Kent during the day beforehand. The place was perfectly situated to get to the beautiful river walk or explore downtown. Also loved the brewery next door. Good beers but delicious cocktails, food, and ambiance, too!

Perfect place to stay for Valentine’s weekend! This is such a unique and beautiful house with lots of love and history in its walls. We definitely appreciated the peace and quiet of the area while having easy access to the city.

We really enjoyed Hannah’s. It was warm, clean, and comfortable. She was able to accommodate a schedule change and communicated to make sure our needs were met.

Pavel was great with communication and gave good instructions. His place was cozy and the kitchen was well supplied.

We had lovely stay at The Fig! The place was immaculate, comfortable, and close to Franciscan University, which we were here to visit for Parents Weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping. Communication was great and hosts were very responsive when we had questions. We would happily stay here again!

Fantastic stay at this lovely house that is even better than the pictures! It was a perfect place for our family to come together and share a few days together at the holidays. Will definitely come back and stay again in the future.

We had an amazing time! We were in town for 2 days so I was just going to get a hotel. My husband though really wanted this place. I’m so glad he did! This place is so special! The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the horses are spectacular!!! I can’t recommend it enough.

We live in Florida and have family spread out through Pennsylvania so we decided to rent an AirBnB over the holidays so that we could spend Christmas together. The space was perfect for our family. The adults each had their own bedrooms and the kids slept here and there as kids like to do. The hostess put up a Christmas tree which was such a thoughtful surprise for us. The kitchen was a great space with plenty of room to cook and eat. We had plenty of coffee (thank you!) and snacks in a cute display. The location was perfect for us because we were mainly interested in spending time together and not going anywhere. It was very peaceful. This would also be a great place to spend time with family in the summer since it has a pool, play set, trampoline and fire pit and plenty of run around room for kids. We may just come back to enjoy that part of it more in warmer weather. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Stacy and Dave have set such high standards. In addition to their beautiful home, what stood out was their attention to detail and how thoughtful they were about guest's needs and comfort. The house was very well equipped with everything essential and much more. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked into their home. They were responsive and very friendly. I look forward to going back soon again.

This was a beautiful and huge home. Exactly what we needed for our family during wedding weekend for our daughter. We rented Jonna’s Sugar Creek home five years ago for another daughter’s wedding. I was happy she had one closer to the venue this time. Anytime I messaged her she respond almost immediately. Thank you, Jonna for sharing your beautiful home with us once again. We just wish we could have had time to use the hot tub and that new game room you put in!

Outstanding stay over the holidays at Mandy’s place. The place is much more spacious than the pictures and includes a fenced in yard for kids and pets to get some space. The house was outfitted with Christmas decorations and two trees which was a really nice touch for our family who was away from home this Christmas. In suite bathrooms were convenient for us to get ready for holiday events. Location was surprisingly convenient to downtown Pgh (about 15 min) and even faster to get to some of the shopping areas in the south hills.

Sunny’s place was just what we needed for some rest and relaxation from the city life. Outside temperatures were very cold but we braved the weather and spent some time in the hot tub. Sunny was very responsive whenever needed and she was very friendly. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you, Sunny!

Gorgeous home with everything you need for an unforgettable stay! Beautiful view with picture perfect sunsets! Spacious bedrooms with beautiful finishes! 6th bedroom has a Murphy bed! Overall a fabulous stay!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home with lots of privacy and beautiful views. The home looks exactly like the photos and was very welcoming. Upon arriving we were greeted with a cozy fire and a fresh pie which was much appreciated after our long drive. Alex was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend

A nice cozy cabin in a very private area! The cabin is super spacious and our dogs even loved it!

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. Lots of room for my family, my brother's family and my parents to visit with each other. This made for a fantastic holiday. Plenty of room and sleeping areas for all who were there. Kitchen had everything we needed. Host was very quick to respond when we had a lock box issue upon arriving and we were in very quickly. Rooms were a good size for us and the bathrooms were very clean. The location was perfect since it was right next door to the senior living complex our parents live in. We could walk if needed, but didn't need to do so. We got some very beautiful snow falls which made the wooded lot look fantastic. Overall, a very responsive host with a very nice house made for a very good stay. I would strongly recommend it if you need a place in the area. We will definitely be returning.
