Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Colorado River

Highly recommend! We spent several wonderful days enjoying this property – relaxing on the upper deck and around the areas closer to the water. We enjoyed watching the deer roam around the property and watching our dog watch the deer. We also saw lots of monarch butterflies and a fox. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the property is so serene. We were also pleased at how many great restaurants there were in the area. Pamela and her son, Sam, were very nice and helpful and responsive.

Wade was a great host and his home was just what our family needed!!

It was so nice and beautiful I had an amazing 21st birthday there. It was so peaceful and quiet the only problem is that the neighbors dog did come over and play and he was nice to everyone but he did try and attack my little puppy. Beside that I had a fantastic time

This house was probably my favorite of any Airbnb ever. The house was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and spacious. I felt like we got an incredible deal for such a large home. The subdivision was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. He left such detailed instructions for every aspect of the stay, from arrival to check-out. He also left recommendations for everything from restaurants to nightlife to shopping, and everything in between. The beds were comfy, as were both living areas. We moved our daughter up to college, and I plan to utilize this rental every time we come to visit. Truly above and beyond. Can't wait to come back!

This place was even more lovely than the pictures! The main room of the house is HUGE - plenty of room to hang out, play games, cook, and/or watch TV all at the same time. The view was amazing. Although a little chilly while we were there, we still wrapped up in comfy blankets and had coffee outside in the very cute balcony facing the water. Out of concern for our Thursday arrival when it was supposed to get really cold, Brad came up the day before and outfitted the home with 2 space heaters simply to ensure we were comfortable. The hot tub was clean, maintained a standard heat setting and WOW what views you had while enjoying the therapeutic waters. Switches were labeled, everything we used worked, etc. While we hiked at a nearby state park, we also tooled around the area directly around the home - so many interesting things to see (e.g., a rustic former pen). Easy to follow guidance and 'rules' - nothing unreasonable at all! Loved this place!!!

We had a great time, the house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend, we loved watching the deer every morning. And loved how the area was quite and relaxing.
