Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Colón Island

This house in Bocas Del Toro was great! I would definitely recommend. The house is only about 10 mins from downtown. We had a car during our visit, but took the taxi a few times. The taxis were only about $3 to get downtown. The pictures match the house perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are nice and clean, and bathrooms have all the amenities you could need. There are air conditioners in two out of the three bedrooms in the house. It was a bit humid during our stay, but having the a/c more than made up for it. The welcome gift was a great touch and very much appreciated. Our host communicated well and was always fast to respond to all my questions. Overall, I'd say this house was definitely worth staying and would recommend to anyone staying in Bocas Del Toro.

what an amazing place , we have been traveling central america for almost 2 months now staying in airbnbs and this was the first place that was exactly like it said it was . the hoast met us at the house and showed us around . they even put us in touch with there father who does water tours and water taxi and hired his boat for a coupe day tours to see the cool places around on other islands . ( boga is a trustworthy captain that was a pleasure to spend time with ) the house was clean , cool and close to everything in old bank. we realy loved that the house had different spots to lounge and chill put . every morning we had coffee in the loungers in the front yard amd watched tje boats out in the harbour and on days that it rained we sat under the patio cover and ate our breakfasts . thank you for the amazing place to stay we had a great experiance ! we hightly recomend this place and we will definatly come back one day and stay here !!

Absolutely the best place to stay on Colon island. It’s perfectly located between city and beaches. Apartment is not only comfortable and beautiful but it’s also fully equipped with all amenities you need for cooking and living. Their restaurant has perfect food for decent prices and nice beach. Agostina and her husband are very nice and extremely helpful. We recommend to everyone.

Marcello's house is wonderful! All wooden, rustic pretty. One of the things we like was the incredible ocean view. If you love nature, we recommend it 100%! Thank you very much 😉

Great location and very relaxing near the sea. This place is old but has everything you need (even Airco) and there will be some ants and bugs but hey this is Bocas. Best host ever, we forgot the little pluchetoy of our son and Benson was so nice to put it on a taxiboat to Bassimentos Island, wow!!

We had an awesome stay at Lionel's place! It definitely takes a bit used to going up the hill but as long as you're not completely out of shape or have mobility issues it is totally fine (can get a bit slippery after it rains). We absolutely loved the community and felt very safe and had most of the things we needed. A trip or two over to Bocas Town was great for larger water containers and extra groceries. The deck (with a glorious view) was our favourite place to be and there was usually a gentle breeze to keep the heat down and the bugs away. All of the beds had bug nests if needed and were pretty comfortable. After watching locals carry up materials and other items to the 2 newer builds on top of the hill we really appreciated the effort and energy that would have gone into getting all of the amenities up the hill (large fridge with freezer!). Highly recommended for the more adventurous vacationers. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out and have some separation.

We loved our stay at Jenni’s little cabin. If you’re looking for a place in the midst of nature and overlooking the ocean, then this is the place that you’re looking for! 😻

Wonderful location. Helpful host and staff. Close to great food but away from the busy city center.

We loved our week at this place. Comfy beds, our own pool and a beautiful tree full of birds and plants right in front of us. The kitchen is totally functional though it is only a mini fridge with a freezer on top so don't bring too much food at once and it could use a few more items like a strainer and a sharp knife. But they provide jars of coffee and sugar to use in either the coffee maker or French press. We knew there were 3 cabins on the property and they are all right next to each other with some lush plants in between. The cabins are on a side street and it was easy to walk with the kids to the 3 near by restaurants. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

they welcomed us with the place very neat and clean and an excellent treatment from the host. Ideal for groups of maximum 8 people and the pool is a good detail as there are few in the area

Fantastic, peaceful location in the jungle next to Playa Bluff. As a party of 10, we were very comfortable in Sébastien’s well equipped house. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful time at La Selva and loved our little tree house. Free yoga, coffee with oat milk and tea was awesome! The owners were very helpful and friendly :-) The location is perfect if you don’t wanna stay in busy Bocas Town but don’t be too far away. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay in Bocas in this cabin! We stayed there for 2 weeks. The private pool was so nice with young children. The outdoor kitchen as well as the living area were really appreciated, we felt in nature. We saw a family of monkeys passing directly between the two cabins. Several toucans, parrots, hummingbirds. It was magical! The location was perfect for being quiet, but still close to the center and playa Bluff. Good restaurants within walking distance. Very responsive and welcoming host.

This Airbnb Apartment is amazing. Best location at Ocean Front in Bocas, very close to Town, Restaurants, Bars and to the Top Surfspots. The Apartment is furnished very new, modern and stylish. The apartment is just as in the description. Very comfortable beds, impeccable service, and the air conditioning works perfectly. It has all the amenities it says in the description. It is behind the gas station so it is very easy to locate with the taxi drivers. Mariel responds to the moment and is very accommodating. I would definitely go back.

Magical Beautiful beach front property with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The house itself is very fresh specially at night. The view is fantastic and the beach is so nice, just a few steps away. Well equipped kitchen. Just be aware of chitras. You cannot escape but you can come prepared. Nothing is too much. You are so close to Isla colon that it is not a big deal to take a boat anytime. If you looking for privacy this is the place for you 🤙

It is a beautiful home for a big family to stay in, and it is easy to move around the island from the location. It is a secured area with private parking. We had a grate time.

Our stay on Bastimentos was wonderful. the house was beautiful. the front deck was so enjoyable for sitting and watching the boats go by. My girls loved playing down at the water, using the paddle boards and snorkels masks. Mandy helped us so much, answering all my questions throughout our trip. we even collected a few eggs while we were there . The hardest part for us was the lack of air conditioning. We knew staying there that we wouldn't have any, but it was pretty hot for us Pacific NWers. But the view and house were worth it for me! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. I loved the quiet, laid back vibe.
