Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Colón Island

This house in Bocas Del Toro was great! I would definitely recommend. The house is only about 10 mins from downtown. We had a car during our visit, but took the taxi a few times. The taxis were only about $3 to get downtown. The pictures match the house perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are nice and clean, and bathrooms have all the amenities you could need. There are air conditioners in two out of the three bedrooms in the house. It was a bit humid during our stay, but having the a/c more than made up for it. The welcome gift was a great touch and very much appreciated. Our host communicated well and was always fast to respond to all my questions. Overall, I'd say this house was definitely worth staying and would recommend to anyone staying in Bocas Del Toro.

Our family always enjoys the amazing view and home. The convenience of the cook and transportation Andrea sets up is well worth it. We will always want to return.

what an amazing place , we have been traveling central america for almost 2 months now staying in airbnbs and this was the first place that was exactly like it said it was . the hoast met us at the house and showed us around . they even put us in touch with there father who does water tours and water taxi and hired his boat for a coupe day tours to see the cool places around on other islands . ( boga is a trustworthy captain that was a pleasure to spend time with ) the house was clean , cool and close to everything in old bank. we realy loved that the house had different spots to lounge and chill put . every morning we had coffee in the loungers in the front yard amd watched tje boats out in the harbour and on days that it rained we sat under the patio cover and ate our breakfasts . thank you for the amazing place to stay we had a great experiance ! we hightly recomend this place and we will definatly come back one day and stay here !!

Amazing location! Close to town and restaurants. Beautiful beach with really friendly local vibe. The host Sol, greeted us so kindly and provided helpful advice about the area. Answered all our questions promptly with useful information. Agostina and Juan are genuinely invested in the quality of your stay and expressed true care. Absolutely loved it! Would 100% recommend and return!

Marcello's house is wonderful! All wooden, rustic pretty. One of the things we like was the incredible ocean view. If you love nature, we recommend it 100%! Thank you very much 😉

We had an awesome stay at Lionel's place! It definitely takes a bit used to going up the hill but as long as you're not completely out of shape or have mobility issues it is totally fine (can get a bit slippery after it rains). We absolutely loved the community and felt very safe and had most of the things we needed. A trip or two over to Bocas Town was great for larger water containers and extra groceries. The deck (with a glorious view) was our favourite place to be and there was usually a gentle breeze to keep the heat down and the bugs away. All of the beds had bug nests if needed and were pretty comfortable. After watching locals carry up materials and other items to the 2 newer builds on top of the hill we really appreciated the effort and energy that would have gone into getting all of the amenities up the hill (large fridge with freezer!). Highly recommended for the more adventurous vacationers. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out and have some separation.

If you need a place to recharge and feel totally free, book this place. We had a great time in Jenni her place. She is a very lovely woman, really friendly. She wanted to help us with anything! The bed is comfy, the kitchen has everything you need, the outdoor shower is so cool! And check out the monsana restaurant across the street, amazing Italian food. 10/10 recommended for people who love nature.

We had a great time at Ricky & Lori's Treehouse!! It was amazing to be up in the trees hearing the howler monkeys early in the morning. The flora and fauna was everywhere. We relaxed in the hammocks reading books, swam in the pool, and enjoyed being in nature. The location is close enough to Puerto Viejo de Talamanca where you can go swimming at the beach, shopping, and eat at fantastic restaurants. There are also plenty of Supermarkets near by if you want to shop and cook in the treehouse. We loved our time here.

Fantastic, peaceful location in the jungle next to Playa Bluff. As a party of 10, we were very comfortable in Sébastien’s well equipped house. Highly recommended.

A stunning place! The house’s architecture is beautiful, the pool was perfect, and being surrounded by nature felt like paradise. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive, making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

It is not easy to find suitable words that sufficiently reflect our experience. The floating house that belongs to David and Sally is something of a different world. Just imagine you have the opportunity to spend your vacation in a place you dreamed of in your children's dreams. Fairytale house, floating on the waves of the Caribbean. But this dream is all the better that there is more to it. Because where your fantasy ends, David and Sally are just warming up there. The bed attached with chains is the ceiling, the grill as a self-explanatory part of the floating dining area. There are kayaks that will take you to the uninhabited islands you have as a stone's throw away. This and more, is fully available to you. And when you think it couldn't be better, David and Sally are here. The best people in the world who are ready to give advice, help, or take their boat and spend a whole day with you on a trip. Nothing is impossible. And even if you don't need anything right now, they're here for you to just chat. I recommend!

My family had an amazing stay at Michel's home (2 adults, 2 kids under 10yo). The house is right on the water with beautiful beaches and snorkeling just meters away. The arrival logistics were easy: We were picked up at the airport and driven straight to the office. Did some quick grocery shopping, grabbed a bite to eat, and then got on the boat to Al Natural. The resort area was great for kids since the water is fairly shallow off the beach and protected from big waves. We particularly appreciated: Readily available gear (paddle boards, ping pong, snorkeling gear, etc.). Amazing, large porch for relaxing. Ability to easily book excursions and transport (chocolate farm, scuba, bat caves, etc.). Cooking at the house or signing up for delicious meals at the main resort building. Kind staff that were welcoming to our kids. My only recommendation is bringing enough cash for excursions. We didn't plan it out well enough and were down to our last balboa/dollar at the end.

It's amazing the service, hospitality, and for their interest that we had the best trip, their quick response. His recommendation and pending that no one charged us absolutely anything more than what was fair. Super recommended. Everything was amazing

A gem in Bocas del Toro. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, quiet, with wonderful views and privacy 😊☀️ In the shower there is a lot of hot water, the bed and pillows are very comfortable and the kitchen is complete for cooking. Right next door there is a very rich and fun restaurant that has all amenities, bike rental, quads, laundry, small grocery store… The best part of our stay is that the place is 100% pet friendly. Our Golden Retriever really enjoyed its ocean baths and siesta in the sun. You can bathe in front of the accommodation only with water shoes because there is coral 🪸 You can walk in 30 minutes to Playa Bluff (highly recommended) or in 5 minutes by car/taxi. There is also a sandy beach within a three-minute walk. 100% recommended! Thank you Marcela for your hospitality 😊🙏

This place was awesome! We were in a pinch last minute and Aaron really helped us out. Responsive and friendly. The vibe of the inside was warm and interesting and fun, esp if you’re a Grateful Dead fan! Good location, close to town but not directly in town. 10/10 recommend! Would be happy to stay there again.
