Vacation rentals in Colombier

I celebrated my 40th Birthday here and the views are amazing and so is the place! Definitely a comfortable and safe place to stay if you visit St.Maarten, keep in mind it is 25 minutes from airport and local shops but we rented a car and it was prefect.

Nisha's place looks just like the photos! There were 12 family members in our group and the place is very spacious and could easily house more people given the layout. it was great for our multi family holiday. The kitchens were spotless and washer dryer worked great to wash up beach towels etc. No need to overpack! Aircon worked perfectly too. The managing team who work with Nisha are amazing and can assist you with dinner reservations, tour planning, reasonable airport transfers and more. Communication with Nisha and the team was immediate. enjoyed the pool area and checking out beach clubs. The restaurant Oasis is a quick 5 minute ride away and serves excellent food and BZH Creperie is also terrific. Big Fish was another winner very close by. We also enjoyed bringing food in from the Lolo's and dining at the Villa Vijoux Veranda and the Bread and Butter Market are very close by and don't forget to pick up your passion fruit infused rum before you make turn on to Rue de Coralita

My husband,son and I loved our stay. The location was fantastic right on the water with beautiful crystal clear waters. The apartment is even better in person than in the photos. It’s very spacious, luxurious and clean. The location is awesome you are right on the boardwalk with many shops and restaurants around. It’s right next to the marina so a great location to do a boat ride at the neighbouring islands. Jolanda our host was fantastic with outstanding customer service and very flexible and accommodating with the goal for my family to enjoy our vacation. I would without a doubt stay here again. We loved the nights with breezes though the balconies listening to the waves ease us to sleep.

Definitely a Jewel at the best location to move around SXM... Very Comfy, Clean and it had generator which was used during our stay because the power was being taken off certain hours per day... We will definitely come back and thanks for the great service

Another perfect stay here! We LOVE this place and Nicolas is such a great host! We have stayed at other villas on the island when this one isnt available and always say how this is the best Villa! The location is perfect, the set-up is perfect, Nicolas helps set up breakfast in the mornings, everything here is always just PERFECTION! I could go on and on about how amazing this Villa is! Gianluca is a fantastic help as well! He met us at the airport and brought our luggage to the Villa and made sure we had everything we needed!

We booked a stay last minute after another host cancelled on us. Maia and her team were quick to respond and make Felicite available to us. This villa is perfect for a couple seeking peace and privacy. We spent a good amount of time enjoying the pool and spacious deck. Great for sunbathing or looking at the stars at night. Most of the time you have an unobstructed view of St. Barth. A rental car is required and the roads are steep in this part of the island. I knew this going in and had zero issues. Traffic was heavier than I experienced in past trips. If you’re going to a beach for the day on the Dutch side it’s best to leave before 10am. We had dinner in Grand Case several times, it’s a casual 30 minute drive around the north side. Overall, another great stay in SXM!

Leda was very gracious and hospitable from start to finish. She lent us a few work out items and was always responsive to questions throughout the week we spent in her rental home. The unit itself is very well designed and built. The ceilings are high. Windows run wall to wall and floor to ceiling and can be shuttered for sun blocking (and security). I liked having the bedroom upstairs. It was spacious and the bed firm but comfortable. It wasn’t obvious to me from the listing but the bathroom is on the same level as the bedroom - which is appreciated in the middle of the night. I also appreciated how electrical plugs and lights were everywhere you’d want them. The location is ideal for watching the daily parade of tourists on the Boardwalk as it looks straight down it from one aspect. The other aspect (corner unit) looks into lush palm trees and the ocean beyond. Shopping is steps away. Bars and restaurants too. A real oasis.

Our host communication was excellent and exceeded expectations, she bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. The place had just been remodeled and I believe we were the first to stay there, everything is brand new and tastefully decorated and designed. The location offers central to go anywhere from the island and a short amount of time outside your back door and plenty of cuisine from all the restaurants on the boardwalk. Her place does come with parking which is a huge plus in this area because apparently parking is about an impossibility to find. Highly recommending staying here if you get the chance, well worth it.
