Scott was a wonderful host and has a lovely place with a great view! The apartment was clean and i had no issues whatsoever! I would recommend this location any day and the staff at the building were extremely friendly and helpful! Especially the guards! They made me feel like a resident here, which i appreciated alot!

Excellent apartment with a fantastic view over Medellin. The whole building is geared at Airbnb / short stays and it is therefore well set up for guests visiting the city for a few days.

The place is exactly as described. Great for family with kids. Great view and cozy set up. I would say I think we needed more pillows, hangers , fruit holder, small things since we were a long term stay. Overall great location , Omar was very responsive and attentive To our needs would recommend. Thank you!

Great apartment to safely enjoy Medellin

Perfect for two couples. A plus is that it is adjacent to a hotel - was able to book a Guatape tours and use restaurant/bar. Apartment had everything needed - didn't have to buy water, as it also had a water filtered water dispenser. Didn't have a need to contact host often, but when we did, he responded right away. Close to main street and a quick cheap taxi to Provenza. A little over a mile to walk to metro station - there are two metro stations A line - Aguacatala and El Poblado. Apartment did look a little smaller than pictures, and we thought it had two balconies. There is only one. Plenty of hot water, however, you need to manipulate, the faucet, as it is either extremely hot or extremely cold - just prepare for it. Lastly, the apartment is situated on a hill, so if you plan on walking around, just know that you will have a steep hill to get back from main road - may want to take a cheap taxi back. Would definitely consider staying again.

Highly recommend. Place is beautiful and clean. Hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. They even put up balloons for my girlfriends birthday which looked amazing. Overall was one of the best places we’ve stayed at.

Excellent place, very comfortable, good location, it has everything you need for your stay. The only problem was a misunderstanding at check-in time since the reservation was not in the goal, and the guardian did not want to let us in; and when trying to communicate with the host did not respond, at the end after a wait the doorman allows us to enter for penalties for the delay giving us directions that he had no information and is understandable for his work.

The host is very friendly, always with the willingness to answer the doubts, the apartment as shown in the photographs. I would certainly stay at this apartment again.

Great place to stay in Medellin! It‘s very well located, easy to get to the are of restaurants/ bars and clubs not just by taxi, but also in walking distance. It‘s a safe area as well… The apartment is cozy and exactly as depicted, the bed comfy and spacious😁 We had a good time here. Thanks!

The super nice place, I loved the super central place, you have the supermarket almost at the front and several restaurants around the area. Super comfortable facilities and the host very much for any enquiries. I would definitely stay there again again.

We enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of good restaurants and grocery stores near by and a coffee shop next door. The place was exactly as described and very comfortable.

If your plan is to enjoy Provence's nightlife, this is the best accommodation. Andy, the manager, made our stay very pleasant. He helped us with reservations at the restaurants, and gave us very useful recommendations to make our vacation even better

First, about the house and location-house is as advertised-Upstairs has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so two of the rooms will share one bathroom, everyone else has their own bathroom. The house is spacious and the location is ideal as restaurants, bars etc are all close by. Large mall across the street with lots of restaurants, a food court and a nice gym. You will hear some street noise in this house, but I believe that’s almost everywhere in Medellin. The compound also has a guard gate with security there 24/7. Our hosts Christian and Greg: Greg helped with the initial booking and was very quick and responsive. Christian was our host we met in person and also communicated with me just prior to the trip. I can’t say enough about this guy. His communication was amazing and quick to respond and assist. Of all Airbnb hosts I’ve ever dealt with, he was by far the most involved and helpful. He even was our tour guide for Guatape. I would highly recommend both Christian and Greg.

Best Airbnb in Colombia! My husband is from Medellin and this area is absolutely prestine! The home was incredibly clean and John the host was there to help with anything you needed. Incredibly kind and helpful and a great guide to the city if you are unfamiliar. The home was gorgeous! The furnishings.. the art.. incredible. Additionally, very comfortable and the house included anything you may need and more! You felt safe, taken care of, and close to anything Medellin proper you want to do! There’s a fabulous tienda (store) on site if you have a late arrival or just forget anything essential or simply something you just want.. snacks… beer.. food. Absolutely perfect location- 15 minutes at most from anything you want Medellin! I would recommend this property to everyone from business colleagues to friends to family. Spanish/English speaking for those that could use a little help in español. Fantastic price for what you get! I could not sing this property or host praises more!!!

Great location, very close to restaurants and the center to get around! Even though it's so central, the apartment is very quiet and you can't hear any noise. Inside the apartment we found a very nice decoration full of details and good taste. Everything very clean and well organized. The host, Mateo, was very friendly, precise with directions and answered very quickly! We really had a great time, highly recommended

Very clean and peaceful, deliouse restaurants right next door and walkable to stores

I booked Wouter's place to stay with some friends. Awesome decision. Place was like something out of a movie. Wouter himself was great and I now consider a friend. He made me feel confident my friends and I would have everything we needed. We all worked digitally off the same wifi with no problems ever. Place was designed free flowing not needing AC, but AC was available ice cold if wanted. I did not realize how convenient having a fully functional garage would be. Not having to worry about parking was great. Bought some flowers to pick up my friend from the airport and of course the perfect vase was in the cabinet. There are exotic colorful birds that can be seen in the yard all the time. The entire yard and jacuzzi was private. Amazing restaurants right across the street. I will be back soon and will plan my travels around Wouter's availability.
