Enrique was a great host and the house was perfect to house 8 ppl.

We stayed in this house for a week, the house is very nice according to the pictures, the rooms are nice and all have an extra bed downstairs, it is in a quiet area, it has a parking space, close to a park and shopping centers, the pool area is very nice and the fountain is working, we stayed on very cold days and we did not use it but in hot weather it must be very useful. The only drawback was that the air conditioners in 2 of the rooms did not work. We contacted Marse and they brought us additional blankets because it was very cold. It has a fireplace, but we didn't know how to use it and we were hardly in the house, but it would have been great if they had shown us how to use it or provided the supplies to use it, even if there was an additional cost. In the last few days the weather changed to hot and it was no longer necessary to ask. Everything else was excellent. We were a very large group of 14 people and we were all very comfortable. I would rent it again.

the only downside was the hot water that was suddenly needed when using the available restrooms I consider that a boiler with higher heating capacity is needed
