Recently refurbished Georgian second floor 2 bed apartment in a historic town centre building. The building is the former head office of Suffolk seed stores & was converted into shops & two luxury apartments in the 90s. The location is in the centre of town with a parking space behind the building in a private courtyard. A 2 minute walk will take you to the train station & waterfront & historical Sutton Hoo is just a 5 minute drive. You won’t find a better spot to explore the town & county!

Fawkes Perch is a self-contained studio apartment furnished in a contemporary style in West Mersea. It's a 5 minute walk from the beautiful monkey beach.The apartment is below our own flat and is one large room, with a king size double bed and a large corner sofa-bed. It has a small kitchen too. The property is ideal for a couple but the sofa bed in the room which would be ideal for children but would be a bit cosy for four adults in the room unless you all knew each other really well!

very central location, self-contained flat within a large apartment in a converted school. one double bedroom, room for single guest on mezzanine (for small charge) above kitchen/diner, walk-in shower. mezzanines are accessed by steep unguarded stairs and therefore this flat is not suitable for young children.
