Ivan and Catalina were always attentive to our concerns before and during our stay. They are very attentive people, they made us feel like friends, as well as the staff associated with them . The house is exact as in the photos, super comfortable, airy with an open concept that connects the house, the pool and nature. There is an air of tranquility and peace, just what we needed to disconnect from the routine.

Ana is a very good host, she responds quickly, all her directions are very clear and she is extremely friendly what makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a place to relax this is the place as the condominium has access to waterfalls and nature hikes

Diego's house is perfect for large groups, it is spacious and well located. If you are going to use the kitchen you may need to bring pots and/or large pans for large groups as they were not at home. The Pool is more of a yacuzzi to refresh yourself. When we all arrived it is super clean and organized, Diego was a great host, he always responded to messages when we needed to ask something. We would definitely go back, we loved it. Thank you very much Diego

The house is very nice, very modern and clean. It is very well furnished, it has everything you need. Everything is new and in very good condition. It's a 10 minute walk from the main park.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Home was clean and fully equipped. We enjoy the pool and backyard with the upstairs porch the most. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back sometime.

great location, great apartment, súper host!

This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I really enjoy this place. Everything is very close. There are many restaurants around, the shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. The area is very safe and quiet. The people at the concierge are very friendly. Wilson is always there to check if everything is okay and if we need anything. When I return to Pereira again, I plan to stay in this same place. Excellent place.

Jeison is a great friend. It's my 3 ves, staying here, a very nice place and a peace with a lot of tranquility, the rain at night is the best. Safety is the best. The people of the building are very quiet. The green is 100% recommended, so come they will have a good time. It is very safe and very quiet. Sandra's apt is very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The pool and Jacuzzi reservation makes the entrance tidy. It is a five minute walk from the town of Ricaurte so the trade that is needed is very close. A very quiet set to relax.

A well located accommodation with easy exit to the main and very comfortable

Accommodation 10/10 very comfortable and clean, very cool (we didn't have to use the AA), very good pools, games for the kids, parking lot next to the apt, ramp accesses (for baby cars and wheelchairs) Surveillance staff orients and treats temporary guests very well (good detail)

The apartment is very charming, spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything we needed to be at ease and have a good rest, as described and presented in the photos. It offers a great view that makes you have moments of relaxation that together with the jacuzzi on the balcony makes the experience unique. The pool gives you a bonus to enjoy. Close to restaurants and commerce with which tempo is not lost on commuting. My family and I enjoyed the stay and would repeat it. Diana and Wilson were attentive to our concerns and were always very attentive. I don't have a complaint I 100% recommend it.
