We were well received by Sheila, on time at the agreed time. Apartamento clean, organized, well equipped. It had everything we needed. Although it is a little distant from the beach it didn't get in the way of anything, we managed to get by car and leave parked closer. The stay was great!

Cozy and complete apartment, exactly as in the listing. Perfect location for those going on a boat ride. Easy access and close to the Daco da Ribeira marinas. Check in was quick and easy. Thalita was great at communication and hospitality. We need to extend the stay and she promptly adjusted for us. We will certainly be staying there again!!

We had a great stay at the apt. All as described. Airy, clean and functional. Excellent condominium, wonderful pool, game room open to visitors, very good location, close to the beach and the Highway. For sure, on the next visit, we will stay in this apartment.

Great stay! Marcos is a very helpful host and responds promptly. The house has the warmth of the grandma houses, great barbecue, swimming pool, close to the markets and a very quiet neighborhood. We were discovering many beaches and walks around and Marcos indicated many others as well. Locals were still to be visited in the city of Ubatuba and we will once again stay with Marcos to meet them. You can take it easy! Great stay.

Daniele since the first contact lot requests. The excellent house, very clean, wide, perfect for us a couple, 2 children and a pet. Prox. a Mall, supermarket and pool nearby tb my kids loved it. The beaches are not far away, I recommend the da Ribeira with a walk of 15min and Sununga and Lázaro by car 5 min. The Toninhas beach by very accessible tb car. Were great days of sunshine during Carnival and we managed to escape from the muvuca. Daniele always requests, highly recommend and we hope to go back!

Great residence in a gated condominium, with two large suites, living room with TV and Wi-Fi, full kitchen, lavabo, barbecue and laundry room. Air conditioning in every room. It has all the necessary appliances, including even to a toaster. Everything works perfectly. Quiet and quiet environment, with easy access to the beach, shopping mall, center, bakery and restaurants. We enjoyed fifteen wonderful days on the property, and the host, Mr. Adilson, showed great promptness, promptly responding to all our requests and questions. We will return for sure.

We love to spend these days in the apartment, easy location and the place is very cozy, clean pool and well taken care of all the space, I recommend!

I stayed with my family and my pet and it was wonderful our stay. Super requested and polite hostess. Super clean and organized environment, had everything I needed. Besides the AP is well located and condominium with great leisure.

Chalé 27 is the same as the photos, the bedding and towels are impeccable. All very clean, and a great structure. There were still several games that the children had had fun, and Chris went from a unique upbringing and kindness, and still received us with a surprise cake for my daughter's birthday. I'll definitely be back next time.

The apto is very well preserved exactly as in the pictures. The site is always very quick and helpful contact with the owners . We'll be back for sure.
