Beachfront vacation rentals in Coast Guard Island

We loved our stay in Pacifica. Very comfortable house that worked well for our family.

We certainly enjoyed Daryl’s hospitality and beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised with bakery items and flowers upon arrival. The apartment is close proximity to restaurants, stores, transportation and easy access to Golden Gate Park, museums, and Japanese Tea Garden. Great walking trail along the ocean and safe neighborhood streets. We definitely will return to this delightful home in San Francisco!

Very, very cute, comfortable, and clean bungalow for 1 or 2. Perfect for unwinding after a long drive, lounging after outdoor activities, and one of the few AirBnBs to have a fully stocked coffee bar (even included decaf). It was so nice to take a hot bath after my evening walk, chill and watch some tv. The mattress was comfy and there were a ton of cozy blankets. Excellent location: walkable to restaurants, e-bike shop at the Reef, kayaking, cafes, and of course, the bay and beaches.

A beautiful house, we had a lovely stay in the most beautiful setting, what an incredible area. Trish was easy to communicate which made everything really easy, even though it was short notice. Trish was really helpful with dropping off bags early. Thank you so much!

The unit is nice and clean and it’s at the good location. The beds are comfortable. The host and the management team are very responsive and helpful. We had a nice stay.

Great place that looks just like the pictures. Enjoy your stay under the stars away from the light polluted city skies. The house is right in front of the ocean making it easy to fall asleep to the beach noises.

We had a great stay at James' home! The beds and couches were comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the unit is on the bottom floor and the guests above us during our stay were very noisy, although this was not an issue during sleeping hours. We had a rental car, so driving into the heart of San Fran was about a 30 minute drive and perfect for us. There are several beautiful spots near the home to catch the sunset, which we really loved!

This is my second time at Henrick’s place and I can’t stress enough how great my experience has been in both times. Not only the apartment itself is great but the peaceful location and the beautiful surrounding adds much more value for anyone who is looking for gate away from the city. It is also very walkable to nearby attractions in Emeryville like the public market and Bay st for great food and shopping spots. And lastly throughout my whole stay Henrick was very communicative and professional making sure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it and would consider coming back again!!

Marina Bay is a lovely place to stay; we were at Angeline's for almost 3 weeks. It's a very nice 1 BR place with a loft that can act as a second bedroom or study. It is situated on some little canals, full of ducks, in a locked gated community, with nearby walks along the Bay. Unlike a lot of rentals, this one is very well equipped with lots of dishes, pots, and pans. Angeline gets right back to you when you contact her and is a very kind person. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house and grounds were beautiful and they provided everything one could need and more. Great stay.

This place has an excellent location, fabulous views and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. It was great to have access to two outside decks with fire pits. That being said, the upper deck fire pit doesn’t produce enough flame to provide warmth for the area. Be aware that the heat/air was temperamental and the outside deck lighting was tricky to turn on. Because of these small things, I would actually give it a 4.8 if that was possible. Overall, a lovely place.

Kingfisher Banglow is a hidden gem with direct access to San Rafael Bay. Depsite being surrounded by houses, it still feel private and serene. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the bay while listening to the waves was truly mesmerizing. The Japanese soaking tub was definitely the cherry on top and perfect for making it a home spa for self care, while overlooking the bay. The space is perfect for a quick getaway—clean, well-equipped, and with plenty of outdoor seating to relax all day, you can easily stay a whole morning/afternoon out here. The host was very responsive, Wi-Fi was stable, and the kitchenette, though small, was great for quick meals. It’s also close to multiple beach parks and hiking trails. Something to note: there’s no central AC or heating as listed and you do get alot ambient light, also access requires some walking and stairs, so packing light is best, unless you don't mind the extra steps 😉 Overall, my stay was peaceful, rejuvenating. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking views, a huge wall of windows looking out to the sea, amazing deck, and walkable to Muir Beach. Yeshi was responsive and extremely helpful both before and during the trip. Visitors should note that the walk has steep inclines and stairs (as does Yeshi’s driveway). The unit sits directly above other residents. For the cost we expected more privacy, but for us it was an amazing way to join a larger party at Muir Beach, which was priceless.

Great spot and some of the nicest and most responsive hosts! Minimalist unit but it’s exactly what my husband and I had hoped for. Arun and Kelly were always available for any questions we had. We stayed about a week and would love to go back.

We enjoyed Heather’s bnb so very much, we plan on staying there every time we come to the Bay Area. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, well provisioned kitchen, lovely and lush green patio. It may be that we stayed on a special holiday, Thanksgiving, but Heather made us a plate of fantastic chocolate chip cookies! Who could ask for more? Thank you, we loved it!

What a fantastic charming place in Outer Sunset with friendly and generous hosts. We loved our stay. Perfect beach weather and hosts were so accommodating with parking and extra amenities. Marie even left us an extra special gift. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked with enough for an almost weeklong stay.

This place was perfect, a nice neighbourhood, the place was spotless, and has really nice views of the surrounding sea areas. George was really easy to deal with, and a great communicator. I would recommend this place to people visiting the Bay Area.

Josh’s place was perfect for our needs. It is right next to the School of Self Healing, where my father and I were attending a workshop each day. Right next to the beach, very walkable neighborhood. We had our own designated parking space and the stay has no stairs, making it ideal for my father who is handicapped. It suited us well. Great for two people who are busy during the day but want their own rooms in the evening. The fridge and microwave made it easy to have leftovers. I would recommend Josh’s place for anyone who is looking to stay in the Sunset / Ocean Beach area. Photos are accurate and “no frills” is accurately described. Josh was a very responsive and attentive host. Thank you, we’d love to stay again.
