Nice cozy place in Fruita . We have two small kids so having access to the kitchen , laundry was really helpful . It’s very close to town .

Christie’s home in Grand Junction was a pleasure to stay in. The home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of small thoughtful touches made it feel very comfortable, like we were staying at a friend’s home while they were away. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with an assortment of pans, small appliances, and even spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with check in or accessing the wi-fi. The location was also great - it was close to supermarkets and the mall, while the drive to the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Grand Junction.

This was our second stay at this house. It was just as great a stay as the first time we stayed there, a couple years ago. The beds and pillows are comfy, and with the blackout blinds and a quiet neighborhood, it's a great night's sleep. The kitchen is the most well equipped kitchen we've encountered in a short term rental. Tons of spices, condiments and other cooking items, along with tons of cooking tools, pans and other useful items that make the place feel homey and easy to make meals in. There are even really sharp kitchen knives. The house is convenient for walking to downtown GJ. And having the secured area, in the house area, to park our bikes was super handy. The big, fenced, backyard is a nice private retreat also. It's a lovely rental, and we'd definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a great stay and will definitely return. Home is only 10-15 min walk to Main Street in a quiet neighborhood. Stocked with the essentials. Every room has its own bathroom so it’s great for multiple families. Basement is a basement, the steps down are steep! But another whole living area with a small kitchenette.

House was very relaxing and spacious. kids enjoyed the games. We would love to stay againon our next visit. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with myself and my family.

Very clean!!! Dogs loved the big fenced back yard. Nice carport for my truck. Quiet. All appliances worked great. Heater is a bit noisy but it kept us warm.

This house is beautiful. This place is exactly what is described in the listing. It’s even better than the pictures if that’s even possible! They were so welcoming. The bed is very comfortable and I love how soft the couches were. I wish we were able to stay longer. We would love to stay here again!

On our stay we walked back and forth to the Maverick Center at the University for an event. It was about a .08 mile walk. Plenty of eating establishments in the area and easy Uber trip to the airport. There were air B&B’s closer to campus but many had reviews with noise complaints. This is a bit farther walk but a cute quiet neighborhood. No noise issues at all. They thought of everything and everything was convenient. The bed was really comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

The place was perfect for weekend race in Fruita.

Susan’s place was a perfectly comfy stop on our route from SLC to Denver. I would book it again no problem. I really especially enjoyed her leaving my favorite music on for my arrival, it was great to shake off the drive hours with some dance upon walking in.

Great stay. Walking distance to trails and plenty of dining and shopping options within minutes. Cozy, comfortable and clean!

The place is very comfortable feels right at home it’s a quiet little neighborhood the AC was shut down for the season but thankfully the weather isn’t bad during this time of year any question I had they responded quickly and friendly would recommend this place to anyone visiting Grand Junction it’s in a nice little area as well.

Great place to stay. Getting in and out of the condo was super easy with the deadbolt code. I enjoyed using the hot tub multiple nights. Really helped me relax while I was moving. The neighbors were all friendly and the location is quiet.

Megan's place was wonderful. Her and her son were helpful and sweet. I'm a quiet kind of shy person but I felt welcome there. She also responds quickly to question and is proactive. I would definitely stay again.

I loved this place so much that I actually teared up a little when it was time to leave. It is a beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean condo. Mary was kind and responded quickly to messages. I look forward to staying here again next time I am in Grand Junction.
